Exceeded any expectations I had! I was nervous about the repair despite the accident being minor and I was not at fault so the at fault drivers insurance was also very helpful and seemed to have great communication with AutoPlex. From the time I contacted them for repairs to pick up day, they were thorough and helpful!! They kept me updated via text and were done about a week before the expected date. My car was also cleaner than when I dropped it off. 💛 The staff are friendly and there to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my car had an encounter with a deer. The deer did not survive ☹️. The car, however, was banged up pretty well from the collision. Through referral from my insurance company, I chose to have it repaired through Autoplex in Fort Smith, AR. And I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process, from start to finish. Auto Plex Fort Smith was very professional from the moment I contacted my insurance to repair my car. I had the BEST experience with Autoplex in Fort Smith!! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. I needed repairs for my car following a hydroplaning incident, and my insurance company referred me to Autoplex. I spoke with the shop the day before I took the car in, and from the very beginning, both Jeremy and Cody were incredibly kind and reassuring. Everything was handled smoothly and without issue. I picked up my car today, and am very, very pleased. They said they would get it back to the condition it was in before the wreck and they did better than that! My car is back in perfect condition, both outside and inside (thanks to Brothers Car Detailing, who did an incredible job with the interior). I highly, highly recommend AutoPlex Collision Repair and in the event that I need repairs again, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
