Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. My appt was at 4pm. I was there around 3:50pm. Was told it would be about an hour. My car was not ready until after 5:30pm. And even then I had to go back to the service area and ask if it was done yet. The wait and lack of communication was horrible. I had my autistic child with me and she was getting overwhelmed with having to sit there for that long. Do better Crain Kia.

Awesome customer service. They provided as estimate prior to the work and came under that. They completed the work in the states time. I will go back to get my car serviced at Crain.

I bought add on when I paid for the car. It paid for my oil change. I asked them to reset my clock to the new fall back time change. They did not. The clock has been messing me up. I’m not sure how to change it. Other than that things seem fine and it looks like they cleaned my interior some. I did appreciate that. It was on Friday November 7, 2025. So maybe because it was Friday and everyone was tired for the week.

Upon arrival I was notified of additional recalls on my vehicle which would add time to my 8000 mile oil change. I was offered the option to schedule those services for another day which I did and am very pleased that they could get my car in two days later for the recalls. My oil change was completed in under one hour and the technician explained everything to me. All staff was very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt. I am very impressed!

After two years of using my free oil change service, I can’t recommend Kia at all. They take 2 - 3 hours for an oil change and a normal checkup, not just once, but every time. And they always add on some extra fee. The waiting time is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere. My warranty with free oil is over now, and because of the wait time, I’ll be going elsewhere for services, even to purchase a car.

Rick at the service desk set the bar for customer service. I will now judge all my future service experiences by his standard and how he treated me. It's always been the popular belief that the dealer is the most expensive place to go, but that wasn't the case here, it was actually very affordable. And I am extremely happy. I will now bring my car to Crane Kia exclusively.

Service Department was friendly but lacked communication skills such as services recommended in the future, talking with each other and providing documentation of services done and receipt of payment. 2nd visit in a row that service department didn't go over results of inspection and/or provide documentation of services provided and results of vehicle inspection done.

Drove 2 hrs for a recall on a light switch. One way .Get there and they say running behind. Be hour half. ( realize my car has been serviced here many time before). So as I sit outside eating a pc of pizza. My car comes out before im even done. Come to find out they said they just needed my vin #. Remind you i have got car serviced there before many times. They have my vin # in the record of my car. Have even recently sent paperwork with vin # offering me to trade it in. So my advice is if they send you a letter about recall. Ask them if they need your vin # before making apt. Wasted time and gas.

I have not had my car for an year and I had it in the shop 4 times for the same issue the first time and now I just pick up my car and it still not fix it still acting up and one of the workers told me maybe I need to drive it to work it out. I was shock. They had my car for three weeks each time I had to go without a vehicle because there loaners are aways loaned out. I will never do business with Kia again after this car especially the one in fort smith. They don’t call you when they say are going to the never keep there word. I am highly upset with them.

Purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride from Crain Kia purchased an extended warranty with said place. Around 32k had to have rear shocks replaced. This was done under warranty. A few weeks later received a letter from Kia stating shocks on certain Kia models had an extended warranty. 32k miles later same issue took to Midtown Kia in Tulsa who said shocks were not covered under warranty to take back to Crain Kia. Paid $195 diagnostic fee. Called Crain Kia to order parts was informed there was an extended warranty on said shocks and since they had serviced mine before it was covered under warranty. Took vehicle in and was told by service and parts manager it would be covered under warranty. Long story short it is not wanted $1300 to do the repair. We refused and we had to pay a service fee. Would recommend getting everything in writing before dealing with this company.

All I can say is if you are thinking about buying a car and are looking for a team you can trust and that can work a miracle go see Crain Kia of Fort Smith. Ricky Nolan did just that for me. I not only got the car that I love but I also got it at a price that I could afford. I've known Ricky for years and he is honest, and so easy to work with and has an eagerness to want to help you find a vehicle that is just right for you. I also want to give a shout out to Xavier and Nate that helped me through this process. These guys are golden. The best team I have ever dealt with! ❤️

Went in for service after battling with some troublesome vibrations and shifting concerns. Had to leave the car there for a few days, but after inspection, several services were recommended, all of which it was time for. My service advisor, Richard, and technician, Brian, have me back rolling smooth. Ready for another 110,000 miles!

As usual, they performed a good job on my oil change. They did a good check on everything tires, wipers, Filters. Unfortunately, not because of their fault, their washing station was damaged due to the storm. And they were not able to wash our car, Perhaps next time. But I must emphasize that they were prompt and got everything done in a very reasonably short time.

Went for recalls on our car and they did a good job and were nice. But the only thing is we made an appointment and when we showed up they couldn't even find us, so they need to pay more attention when customers call and make appointments. And also let customers know they may have to order parts because we came from out of town.

Dec 1st- I purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento. Dec 3rd- Trim on my drive side door fell off so I take it to Kia to get it fixed on my warranty. They took pictures and told me they'd call me. I call several times and nobody can find me in the system so I drive up there. Suddenly they remember me and say they will order the part. I call several times checking on the part and same thing as last time nobody remembers me. I drive up there Jan 16th to check in person. My parts in, yay! I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed Jan 23rd @10:00am. I arrived @ 9:30am and drop off my car to do a few things so I don't have to stay there and wait. I call at 2:00pm because I hadn't heard anything and I'm almost done with my errands. Like magic, it's not finished. I tell them I'll be back to get it in about a hour. I show up at 3:30 and it's still not finished. They tell me that since I'm not waiting in store then they have to get others first. Mind you, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and my car had been there since 9:30am. I tell I'm waiting now and they stated it would be another hour. My car was finished at 04:56pm. I'm usually a very patient and forgiving person but this whole experience was bad. I pray if I ever have to use them again then it'll be better next time. My trim was finally repaired and covered by warranty at no charge to me which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

I had a 4pm appointment I arrived early and it took an hour and a half. The was no car wash or vacuuming. Also the paperwork says all of my tires are at 35 psi. They weren’t when I pulled off and rose a little while driving home. See the attached picture.
