Worst mistake we’ve made in a long time. Took forever to get our car back after a hail storm. Work had not been finished when we picked it up. Took the insurance money and never completed the work. Advertised free estimate but when we went to get it to take to another body shop, would not release unless we paid 500.00. Communication is non existent. If you’re think about using them, just DON’T

I was referred by a family member about this shop. ($50 referral that they haven’t seen). Long story short, we took our Jeep in probably a month ago to have it fixed for hail damage. We have yet to get our car back , insurance called today starting that the repairs were over their estimated cost to fix and that the shop had completed all the repairs without their approval. Insurance warned me they had received payment for amount agreed and that they would not pay additional costs since they did not agree before this company fixed the damages. I’ve called these people 15 times and not a single time have they answered. At this point they’re holding my car in their shop and demanding more money from insurance. I will write another review once I have straighten this mess out. Be aware…. Ps. Family members vehicle had dents fixed but paint did not get fixed.
