I was involved in a motor vehicle accident about 2 months ago, and this dealership's towing truck showed up (although I did not request them) and took my car since it was not running at the time of the accident. The next day, I was able to locate my vehicle, which had been towed to their dealership. When I went back to retrieve my belongings that were inside the car at the time of the accident, everything was gone!I asked them about my missing items, and they said they didn't know, suggesting they might have flown out of the doors. However, my vehicle's door was closed and jammed shut. I had to contact the police department to file a report on my stolen items. The workers and owner of this dealership are a joke, acting like thieves who think they can get away with anything. It's clear they don't understand the seriousness of mishandling people's personal property. I will ensure that this place is shut down and their license is revoked. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

Bought a Honda Accord, told me it would be safe and reliable, they replace battery, lied about it being new, it broke down 7 times in less than 3 months til i told them to come get it. They also called my references when I was not even late, were rude, and refuse to work with you if you need to change payment dates. DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALER, THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED!!!!

Horrible dealer ship if I could give them 0 stars I would every car is fixed with zip ties and straight plastic junk. The whole car will give out on you a month of buying. Also tried to make payment at 5:10pm on a day they close at “6pm” as stated on their website and all page and said they were closed to come the next day and tried to change a late fee. These people are a scam save ur time and go to a bigger dealership or city. SAVE UR MONEY YALL

Worst experience I’ve ever experienced buying a car. Bought a dodge challenger while in a bind, we test drove it and turn signals and everything was working and running mechanically fine. Approximately 30 minutes after leaving the car goes into limp mode. We called and took it back for them to just look at, get it running and send us back on our way when we did request our money back as we had a feeling. Chris refused to give us our money back, the car also left with more issues than what we took it in with. Our turn signals and dash lights all stopped working, car started overheating (they blamed that on forgetting to hook the coolant line back up, however the issue persisted) all within the same day. After their mechanic tried to fix it we took it upon ourselves to take it to someone else after buying a new EGR valve due to code that came back on the car, thermostat and coolant reservoir. We called multiple times a week letting him know that car has still not ran good a day since we got it, he told us to bring it in and when we took it to their mechanic the mechanic himself told us he was to busy and couldn’t get to it like Chris told us. We took it to another shop after being pushed off multiple times by Chris and his mechanic. The other shop diagnosed our issue on the spot with a compression test, car had a cracked head gasket so we called Chris and told him the issue letting him know it’s not drivable. He proceeds to order a tow truck to have his guys “fix” it, and so we went down next day to check on the car and he said it was “fixed” after only fixing our coolant return hose that had also decided to begin leaking the same day we had the issue diagnosed for it overheating. The car has had several issues from wiring issues with the AC, non working key/keys, bad fuel pump/fuel sensor, bad egr valve, bad door blend actuators, bad thermostat, and etc. We offered to go ahead and pay the payment that had just came due if they actually fixed the car and he told us it would be a week before they could get to it and that he would want not just the payment but a tow fee plus parts and labor for them to fix the car. I immediately just asked for my money back because it’s been nothing but issues since day 1 and he denied me my money back and when my boyfriend went to get our belongings out of the car he got in his face and after being asked to please get out of his face proceeds to put his hands up in his face like he was going to try and fight my boyfriend. This place is crooked and just wants your money. They do not care if your car hasn’t ran since you bought it, they do not care to throw on junk parts from other vehicles and then try to lie in your face about costs when his own mechanic showed us the pile of used parts Chris had him using parts on cars from, which is initially why we bought our own parts ourselves. They do not care if the car is in good mechanical shape or wether it has working airbags or other important things like dash lights and turn signals…

Avoid this place at all cost. They are corrupt. The name should be sports and impounds. They impounded my vehicle 3 times and 2 times it was their fault and they admitted to it. It cost me over 3500$ to get my vehicle out of impound because I was in Florida on vacation I had to fly back to Arkansas to get my vehicle another 1000$ plane ticket. They said I didn't have proof of full coverage insurance wich I did i just changed companies. They admitted they messed up but still made me pay. They sell POS vehicles with the intention of being repo ive talked to dozens of people that have had the same issues. They will take your 3k down payment like mine plus the repo fee 3k 2k 1500. Then once you have had enough of the bs they turn around and put it back on the lot make another 3k off the down payment. They sell the same vehicle multiple times. Especially tax season. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ they will not work with you. And if they are 8n the wrong you are still wrong.
