No appointment inspections is a farce unless you want to wait 2 hours or more. They try to upsell everyone. The 4 people ahead of me all required new wiper blades, most unusual. Said my headlights were to dim but they could fix them up for $35.00 each. They aren't Jiffy. Will never go there again and would not recommend.

First time I've ever written a review for a car service/repair shop. Arrived at 7:55, five minutes before they opened today and was first in line. Went inside when they opened and told them I needed an inspection and oil change. There were several guys there and no one doing anything yet. I was told it was going to be a while because the guy doing inspections was busy writing up a schedule and emailing it to their employees. I sat patiently in my car for 40 Minutes. Another car pulls up for an oil change and they took them right in. I asked them why they were taking them in before me when I had been waiting for 40 minutes. They said it would still be at least another 45 minutes before they could take in my car. I asked if they could at least do the oil change while I was waiting and they said no, they'll do it all at once and then they said we usually don't start inspections until 9am. Finally gave up and left. Not sure how you can run a business line that

went for a state inspection and waited 2 hours when i was the only one there. the guy told me it “looked like” i was having a gas leak because of the color but he said he couldn’t smell anything. he proceeded to fail my inspection. i went home and was informed that the color is under coating. the truck is older and was undercoated to prevent rust. had nothing to do with a leak. the guy who did my inspection had no clue what he was talking about. also failed me for my tint being “too dark”….its a fishbowl. don’t go here.

Do not try to get a state inspection at this location. I waited over 2 hours with one car in front of me. Finally my car was in the bay. Half an hour later they want my wheel lock to take off my tires for a state inspection? And he was also trying to fail me for my brakes. My brakes are in the green. I don't know why places like this feel like they can scam women. The guy also emptied out my center console to look for my wheel lock (which I did give him permission for because I didn't know where it was) and literally left everything on my passenger seat. If you like being scammed go here otherwise find a place where the tech knows what they are doing. Seeing the previous reviews now and I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but being new to Manchester and NH I don't have a lot of experience finding reliable places.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today, made extra positive after negative experiences at other quick-service providers in the area. I will now only use Jiffy Lube when in need of an oil change in the area. Quick, communicative, fair price. Cody was awesome and I really appreciate the thorough and prompt service he provided.

I brought my car in for an oil change without making an appointment, and they still had me in and out of there in a timely manner! I also had no idea how high the pricing for an oil change had got, but they worked with me and I ended up finding a coupon on their site which helped make my oil change more affordable. I also had my heat in my other vehicle fixed there a few months ago and they were incredible then too. Adam was great and while I don't remember the guys name that did my oil change he was great too!

Brought my new vehicle here a week ago for an oil change. One week later and the car read no oil life. Brought the car to our local repair shop and Jiffy Lube never tightened the filter, so the car was empty and leaked all the oil. The oil change was $140 so I called them to tell them what was going on and the only thing they could say was to bring it in, which was not possible as the shop is over 30 minutes from my house and the car would not hold oil, so I will never be back here and am lucky there were not larger issues do to this oversight.

I really don’t know why I come to these places sometimes. LOF not a difficult task. Change my oil check my tire pressure clean the windows. They take the time to say they did it but never do. What happened to good customer service. $110 for an oil change and none of the perks they offer like a quick vacuum.

This place is horrible and disgusting. They scammed my son that his brakes needed fixing when they did not and then they overcharged him. He had to pay someone else to fix the mess they made. Never go here for anything not even an oil change!

Scammed into break replacements on the spot. They ruined my vehicle. Used scare tactics to get me to blow 2000 on breaks, and installed them wrong. Had to pay someone else to fix as best they could. Amateurs and teenagers. Guy at the counter asked me for a better place to work.... DO NOT COME HERE EVER AT ALL. SCAM ARTISTS AND SWINDLERS.
