Kept my vehicle for two days, charged me 155$ for a "diagnosis" that didn't diagnose anything. In fact they "recharged" the AC despite me giving them 'extensive' notes and instructions NOT to, because that's what every place thus far has done, and it had been done a week prior, and it could damage the system if overdone. They then tried to tell me the AC was "blowing fine" for them, I told them my husband would come up there and test drive it with them because it hasn't "blown fine" in a year. I get a call back an hour later stating they want to basically replace my entire AC system ie (compressor possibly condenser) when they haven't even done basic troubleshooting. What happened to "its blowing fine!?" Couldn't even speak to anyone who actually looked at the vehicle, was middle manned to death. Then had to race there to pickup my vehicle because they wouldn't call me back with a quote or even a plan again after having the vehicle for 2 days! What was I told? Only that they 'think' my compressor "maybe" going, and to pay all this money to replace it, but they "can't guarantee" that would even fix it!? So got robbed completely for a diagnosis that revealed NOTHING. While our AC was likely damaged by yet another "top up" because they didn't read the notes that I spent a half hour giving them before the vehicle was even dropped off. AC is worse now than when we brought it in, and I couldn't get any help from anyone higher up. I am BEYOND disappointed.

I took my 2015 Audi A4 to PI after some issues came up during an inspection. We actually had two cars in at the same time and were about to head out on a trip. When the repairs ended up taking longer, PI gave me a loaner for the whole week so we weren’t stuck. They kept me in the loop the entire time and even saved me a few hundred dollars by tracking down a used part instead of paying over $1,500 at Audi. The team is easy to work with, super responsive, and really looks out for their customers. Definitely recommend them over the dealer.

Precision Imports went above and beyond to get me up & running quickly! I had my car towed not knowing what the issue was other than thinking it was my battery and thinking I wasn’t getting my car back for over a week! Not only did they get my car in same day, they fixed it and had it back to me that day! It’s was a “WOW” experience for sure! The staff was unbelievable and the follow-up was incredible! Amazing Work!!😁😁 I can't say enough good things about Patrick's team at Precision Imports. I started with Shamus who provided a very detailed estimate for a BMW in need of a bit of TLC. He was honest, candid, and offered ways to allow the service to go smoothly with some cost saving options. He was GREAT. They photograph the car at intake, quote and approve online, so the process is very efficient and clear. I would have no hesitation in bringing any vehicle to this team including exotics. Austin was also very helpful during the time PE had the car and I saw Nate's name as the tech that handled the car. All services were completed beyond expectation. The team also provided a complimentary wash & vacuum which was a professional nice touch. Will definitely be bringing other vehicles to this trusted team. Well done!

I’ve been taking my Audi cars to Precision Imports in Manchester, NH for ten years now and have always received excellent service from Pat, Josh, Austin and most recently Dallas for our 2018 Audi Q5. I first took my D3 A5 to Pat and Josh ten years ago to fix a coolant leak that another shop caused and couldn’t fix. The difference in knowledge, competence and excellence between Pat’s team and the other shop was very enlightening. So much so that I have no problem driving 3 hours from northern Vermont for brakes and alignment for our Q5, after moving from Manchester 8 years ago. My only regret is that my four previous Audi’s didn't benefit from PI’s knowledge and competence before they were traded away.

I brought my 2012 Shelby GT500 here for an oil change and they notified me that Phantom needed new sneakers. Where do I start with this place....from start to finish top notch service, super friendly staff, knowledge of Mustangs was stellar! They communicate the entire way through until pickup. They send pictures of what is wrong and recommend service. They are HONEST, which is also important, because I do not want to fix costly and unnecessary things. When I picked up my baby, she was washed, vacuumed, and shiney!!! I absolutely 💯 love this place and will definitely be back. Trusting a company with a high end vehicle is stressful, but the ENTIRE TEAM at Precision Imports made is a FLAWLESS AND SEAMLESS transaction. I will definitely be back! I would recommend them to all, they go above and beyond! I LOVE my new sneakers btw!!! I really wanted to like this place. The guys that work there were very nice. They seemed knowledgeable and even offered to give me a ride home when I dropped my car off the first time.. but I dropped my car off when I had some extra cash to get it fixed. I had known for a while that something was weird with it and taking it to pep boys and meineke and both told me there was nothing wrong but I knew there was and so I took it to precision. They had my car for a few days. I got it back and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. Charged me a hundred bucks for the inspection which was fine except a week or two later I start hearing a bunch of noise and feeling even more issues coming from the wheels. I bring it in and they tell me that it needs $1,500 worth of work, two wheel bearings and tie rods but that they weren't going to charge me for the inspection. Unfortunately by that time the money was gone and so I haven't been able to get the repair and I'm just very disappointed that they charged me $100 the first time and didn't do a good enough inspection to reveal what was $1,500 worth of obvious just literally weeks later. I hate leaving one star reviews especially when the people are nice. But this is probably the most justified one I've given because they clearly took my money and didn't give it the care or time that it required. And and only when it was so obvious that you know anybody could hear it. Did they actually do something about it by that time? It was too late and far too expensive for that repair

After doing extensive research to find a reputable shop to address uneven tire wear on my Audi A4, I decided to bring it to Precision Imports. I explained the issue in detail and requested an alignment. Instead, I was presented with an estimate exceeding $2,000 for various unrelated services, including nearly $300 to replace an air and cabin filter, spark plugs (which had been replaced only a few thousand miles prior), new tires, and a $200 alignment that they ultimately did not perform—claiming my tires needed to be replaced first and they weren't going to waste time "essentially doing an alignment" to figure out my issue. When speaking with the technician, I was told the uneven wear was caused by running Toyo Celsius II all-weather tires, which he incorrectly described as “winter tires, because Celsius means cold” and that “heavy German cars just do that.” Also that he didn't find anything wrong with my suspension. Unsatisfied, I sought a second opinion. South Elm St. Automotive provided an entirely different experience. Their team delivered exceptional customer service and professionalism. They not only completed the alignment as requested but also installed a new set of tires for half the price quoted by Precision Imports. In addition, they correctly diagnosed the suspension issue that Precision had overlooked. They didn’t blame my tires—because that wasn’t the root cause—and performed the necessary work promptly and at a fair, transparent price. In my experience, Precision Imports operates with dealership-level pricing and appears to cater more to high-end clientele who may not question repair recommendations. While it’s disappointing to encounter this kind of service model, I’m relieved to have found a trustworthy alternative in South Elm St. Automotive, where expertise, honesty, and integrity still come first. To say the least, I was incredibly disappointed by my experience at Precision Imports and I hope this review can serve as a warning to future customers.

I have been extremely pleased with Precision Imports over the years. I started going to them in 2020 with my Supra and still go to them now. Their excellent customer service, timely updates, hardworking employees, friendliness, and checkins on your vehicle make them an easy choice to bring your vehicle to. Austin and the others are great. Always a pleasure to see the wide variety of Porsche's, BMW's, Toyota's, etc.
