Went there for check engine light. They took advantage of my situation and frightened me to do $1600 worth of work such as rear vipers, battery change, rear brake pads and rotors change etc. I ended up replacing my battery which was tested just 2 months ago and it was fine. 100% sure that I got scammed. I asked him about the picture of battery and it was 12.59V. But work was already done so I had to pay $550. Turns out check engine light was caused by loose fuel cap. So I ended up paying $175 for diagnostic as well. He would not send me full report unless I paid in full first. The guy was definitely irritated when I asked for report and pictures of DIAG codes. He was constantly ringing payment system and wasn’t giving me time to read. Definitely not going there ever again.

I bought a jeep in an as-is private sale. These guys found things wrong that I never would have looked for. They did the repairs as quickly as possible, we're willing to work with me with scheduling, and even found me coupons for things that I didn't know they were offering. Technician Nick, associate manager Kennedy and associate Tom were fabulous to deal with! I had pulled in With an Emergency issue With my vehicle. It ends up that snow and ice had frozen in my tire and was calling an imbalance so that my vehicle was shaking frantically.
