Mom's Garage provides service, above and beyond the norm. I have been a customer here for nearly 20 years. Ownership changed this year, and I hoped Jim would maintain the high standards of quality work and customer service that had made me a loyal customer. On Friday afternoon, a rear brake caliper froze and caused a constant squealing. I drove immediately to Mom's. Despite the fact that he had a full afternoon of work remaining, Jim assured me he would at least get the car on the lift and let me know what was going on. He called at 4:10 with the diagnosis, and said he didn't know if they could take care of it that day, but could finish first thing Monday. I needed to travel early Monday, and told him I would rent a car if he couldn't finish it that day. Jim had his staff stay late to finish the job, and in less than 90 minutres, I drove off in my repaired car, saving me money and a lot of hassle.

This was my second time I brought my vehicle to moms and I wanted to make sure to give them a good review( the first time was about two years ago) They have fair prices, and also very honest. I had multiple options for my car, and they were upfront about it instead of trying to get the most money out of me like other garages. My father is a mechanic and lives far away, so I'm glad to have this place nearby who I feel, are as good as going to him! Thanks again Mom's. My boyfriend and I went to Mom's Garage this past month to have our yearly inspections done. Long story short: I will not be going back; I do not trust them. My boyfriend had his car inspected first and passed, but they tried to tell him he needed to get his front brakes done and he should set up an appointment. Instead, we left and my boyfriend fixed his own brakes. Upon removing his tire, he could see that his brakes were perfectly fine and didn't need replacing. Fast forward to my inspection: my car fails. I needed a leg pin and rear brakes. They wanted me to have them do it that day for over $900. I got a second opinion from another garage and brought it to them to be fixed. My leg pin was rusted and needed replacing, but my back brakes had just been done the year prior and were perfectly fine. I had my back brakes verified by two shops other than Mom's and they both concluded that the brakes did not need replacing. They tried to milk money out of me and my boyfriend by saying we needed brakes when we didn't. Other than this, they were very nice people to talk to and their waiting area was very clean. I'm skeptical about them, though, for lying on two occasions about expensive brake repairs.

Moms has been nothing but good to us. I bring our entire fleet of commercial vehicles there for service. They are FAR from the closest mechanic shop to us, but I have found it very worth the trip every time. The owner explains things very well and really helps you understand the issues going on with your vehicles. Moms has gone above and beyond for us numerous times finding the issues with our vehicles that numerous chain/franchise shops have missed or dismissed as nothing. I highly recommended Moms garage for any of your vehicle service needs.

They are a bunch of scammers I brought my vehicle in to get a oil change mind you a brand new off the lot 2025 model vehicle and they tried claiming it was 200k past its transmission fluid change warranty And a whole bunch of bullshit don't come here if you wanna save money!!!!

Go literally ANYWHERE but here. You will pay 2-3× what other garages charge. I got 3 quotes for a repair on my car and Mom's by far was the highest quote in the city. They also tried to tell me I had a few things "broken" in my car. One was a 100% complete fib. They told me I had a crack/broken coolant tank. The opinion from Dynatune was there was NOTHING wrong at all with that tank. Wicked sad! If it says "The honest alternative " you know that's trying to hard to convince customers that they are honest. Oh, also they told me that the repairs would cost more than the value of my car. Well, they were dead wrong. I got my car fixed for 1/4 of what they quoted me. If you have money to blow then go here. If you save money and have a family to feed, then DO NOT GO HERE. The mechanic even printed on my quote sheet that their cost of repairs is more than what my car is worth (yes insulting and rude). I already know my car isn't 100%awesome as I did buy it used but I keep up the maintenance. GET MANY QUOTES BEFORE BOOKING HERE. Times are tight, we are all struggling but there is no need to insult the only vehicle I own. I think they assume that everyone is married and have two house hold incomes. If you do not, don't come here. I won't even get my oil changed here. I wish they were honest, but not so much.

We were on vacation on our motorcycle and had a flat tire. These guys had that type of tire in stock,came picked up the bike, changed the tire and brought it back in like 2 and a half hours. Mind u were n BFE! Great people
