Don't do it. Just remember you are not the customer, your insurance is. They broke my windshield during repair, then blamed it on a stone chip "happened when we baked the car" . Well you charged to have the bumper removed and painted, why was it still on the car when painted and baked. Alignment was off, balance was off on new tire. And why did my car have 20+ more miles on it when I picked it up? Even my insurance company was shocked at the windshield being broken and delivered that way. They agreed there was no damage to the windshield when it was dropped off. Save yourself time and money, go anywhere else but here. Too many inconsistencies and being dishonest. Why would anyone drive 20+ miles in my car and try to deliver it with a broken windshield. I waited 3 days to even get a response about the windshield. Then was told to go through my own insurance to have it fixed. Yep, you heard that right....I was responsible for fixing the windshield they broke.

This place is amazing! I got into a car crash and they got my car in and back to me in less than 20 days! They kept me in the loop of what was happening to my car and updated me with anything that was happening to it. They gave me an itemized bill when I picked up my car. Also super kind with all my dumb question I had during this process. I highly recommend them to anyone for a terrible accident to a simple dent.

Not impressed. Sorry to say, this was not my expectation. 6 weeks after repairs were done we're finding on this vehicle that screws and bolts were not included or fastened to parts of the underside of vehicle ( plastic splash guard, but still ).... Disappointed to the extent I'm just paying a different shop to do / redo the work correctly.

The damage on my vehicle was as a result of a car wash. The roof of my car was dented and scraped from front to back, including damage to the roof racks and a large moon roof, etc. The car looks brand new as if nothing ever happened. The best part of dealing with Henry’s was the time they took dealing with the insurance company from Irving. They had to make repeated calls to get additional payment for damage that was initially not seen. every time the insurer sent a response or a representative or didn’t answer and needed repeated contact calls, Henry’s and specifically Nick would call me with constant updates of the process, which I greatly appreciated. Not only does my car Look like it just came out of the showroom, but they actually detailed the car inside and out when I picked it up, which was not expected. Dealing with Henry’s was very easy and smooth process, and I would highly recommend them without hesitation and use them again.

Finally I had the chance to have my car done at Henry's Auto Body. I tried to get their service before but they were booked all the time. They accepted my car in few weeks and worked on it supposedly for 6 day. It took more than that but trust me, if you're working with body shops, you should be ready for an extended period of time for the fix than what's told and no matter where you take your car, this rule never changes. But what I care the most is the way the job is done... They did a great job for a reasonable price and in a reasonable period of time... Strongly recommend!!! it as I heard many good experiences by my friends as well.

I was in a car accident and chose Henry's to do my repair work. They got me in for an estimate same day I called and work started shortly after. They called me regularly to give me updates on the status of my car. Donna was always friendly and professional when we spoke. The work was done in the time frame they gave me and my car looks great. All I can say is they were very good at explaining the process and also what to expect. I got a ride home after dropping the car. During the week they even called to tell me progress.
