I came to Omar with a leaking exhaust manifold. He was the only one working that day and already had two other vehicles he was working on and still managed to pull my vehicle in to verify the leak. I had an exhaust pipe break off on my Friday night after hours. The owner took my call told me to bring it in on Saturday the day before Easter. They were open until 1 I told him I couldn’t get there until after 12. He said it’s fine bring it in. He lifted it up, diagnosed it and had a price for me in 5 minutes and that price was well below other local shops. He had the job done in 20 minutes and the. Went through my exhaust system with stethoscope to make sure it was sound. Found another crack at the muffler which he welded up for 10 bucks and he showed me it first. I saw the crack and heard it on the stethoscope. It was no BS. This is my new spot. It’s a family business, his wife does the invoice and is very nice and personable. I can’t say enough about this place. It’s a gem among the mud.

So I called Omar at about 8:00 am today he said he was busy but may be able to Fit me in at the end of the day. 2:00 comes and he calls my phone saying the shops closed but he’s willing to take my car in for a muffler delete. I showed up there and he instantly got me on the lift and he went to work. He didn’t rush one thing as he was doing this after hours. He made sure that everything was perfect and spot on. Even explaining a few different ways we could do it. At the end of everything he still gave me a discount on the car. I had to give this guy a great tip for what he did. This is hands down the best shop you could go to. My man you deserve a raise! Enjoy the Chinese food man

Had a great experience this morning after calling in the day before about much needed exhaust pipe repairs. He showed me and explained what needed to be done and surprised me when he said he could get started right away. I also really appreciated that I was shown his progress and given explanation as to why/how he was doing the work or asked for permission if he came across something additional or if there were multiple ways of fixing something. When my exhaust pipe separated from my muffler on a Sunday, I called NE Exhaust Monday morning (after a snow storm, mind you) and Omar got me in with 2 hours, broken part removed, new part welded on, all while having a nice chat. Omar checked my car after I noticed some smoke coming out from the bottom area of the muffler due to the colder weather, he told me my car was fine and explained how the muffler was designed in my car which features weep holes which allows water to leave the system, not puddle up and cause damage. He informed me changing the muffler would be a waste of money and time as the vehicle was good. And newer mufflers don’t have this feature now. Omar is great they will provide quick service and will gladly check your vehicle, they are honest and will explain things to you well. They provide many services besides just exhaust work and I will be coming back to this shop in the future. I highly recommend this shop and their services.
