Prestige Auto Body is the best experience I've ever had with getting repairs done. Their customer service is second to none. Their office ladies were on top of everything. Always letting me know when things were getting done. They were on top of everything!! Brittany, Sarah & Ashley you are the BEST! A+ in every possible way!!! Thank you for helping in every way you could!!! Oops, our SUV was involved in an accident. Of course we had it towed to the BEST repair place in New Hampshire! Though being in an accident is never good, seeing the ladies here is always a pleasure!! I've never met friendlier employees!! And they always keep you informed about progress with your vehicle!! Thank you!! A+ in every way!!!

While the quality of work and front office staff were good, the overall experience was disappointing. The initial wait time of one month for an adjuster's assessment was excessive, and I had to follow up myself when no one contacted me. Despite having the replacement bumper in stock, the repair took an additional three weeks to complete. The promised call from the adjuster never came, highlighting a significant communication issue throughout the process. The only positive aspects were the pleasant front office staff and the satisfactory final repair of the bumper. Although they offer direct billing with State Farm, the lengthy delays and poor communication make it difficult to recommend their services. I won't be returning despite their insurance partnership.

Had a great experience with Prestige. Great communication and work was done in no time. Besides having just bodywork done, I came to pick up my vehicle and it was washed, waxed, and they went the extra mile to vacuum and detail the inside. Thanks for taking care of my MINI!

Getting your car fixed is never fun, but if you have to get it done....this is the place to do it. From start to finish I was informed about the status of repairs. Any updates that required pushing out the date, were communicated first before updating the info on the portal. They also took care of all communication with my insurance company including negotiations about labor rates. To top it all off....the car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. I would give 6 stars if I could. Prestige is a certified tesla repair shop so all my warranty is still intact. Damaging my tesla 'hurt'....but Prestige made it all so much less of a hassle.

Working with Prestige was very painful. Our vehicle, which we thought would take a couple weeks took just over 6 weeks (nothing to do with parts delays). We dropped it off and it wasn't even assigned to anyone for several days. While the overall timeline was painful what made it much worse was the total lack of communication and details. All communication was initiated by me and I was practically trying to pull any shred of detail out of them (which I never got). If you get assigned to Mike I would recommend asking for a different estimator. I was never able to get any status out of him except "it should be" or "it's in progress" or "yea, in a perfect world it would work like that but that's not how this works". So, after 6 weeks of pulling teeth to get any details we go to pick up the vehicle. We notice there are still a bunch of scratches on the front and passenger side. Mike tells us, "oh yea, insurance denied that". He never shared this information with us during those 6 weeks and we even spoke in person and went over everything to ensure it would be covered. When they realized the mistake the offered literally nothing to make it right. They just said, work with the insurance company and if they approve it we will fix it. As we walked through the repairs Mike also said that I chose to have the roof repaired vs. replaced and that they wanted to replace it. This was never shared with me and I was never asked what I wanted done. As we went to drive away we also noticed a clicking noise with the drivers seat so we had to bring the car back again to have them resolve that. The initial estimator (don't know his name) and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very helpful when trying to setup a car rental. So, maybe my bad experience stems from being stuck with Mike. Overall, their work seems ok but their communication and customer satisfaction is abysmal. I wish I could've gone to Henry's down the road but they don't take Progressive. -Jay

Not impressed with their business model, they only want to work on high cost insurance gravy work. I went to Prestige for several repairs in the past, insurance paying of course, and they did decent (not impeccable in my opinion) work. I then went to them to repair a damaged trunk door, on an older Honda Civic I owned. They claimed it was to old for there computer to look up. Come on Bro, just be honest youโre not interested in not making a rip off price for your subpar work. Not interested in loyalty to a only when Iโm making gravy money shop.

Id love to share my experience with prestige. Please start with seeing the initial damage pics. This was very light damage. Initially looked into getting my car repaired by a high quality body shop since this was the first time my 2019 vehicle needed the touch of a body shop. -We scheduled the writer to see the damage (rear bumper cover, passenger side rear quarter/door work) -It was 6 weeks till they had an opening to take it, totally okay with that, donโt mind waiting for quality work -Their rate was 60, and our insurance would cover 45. Totally okay with paying extra as we purchased this car new from the dealer. -Dropped the car off at 9/12. Got a text 9/25 that the car had been disassembled. We were told 9/26 parts were ordered and it would take a week to complete the jeep after parts were to be received -10/3 first stage of repairs completed and ready for paint work -10/8 reassembled, calibration need. -Our last day of car rental was set to be 10/11 -10/10 we reached out to see when the car would be ready since we need the car to go to work. -10/18 we picked up the car, disappointed to find multiple dust spots in the car, passenger side window didnโt operate, overspray of clear on the black powder coated 20โ factory wheel, scuffs on lower valence of bumper, and hearing loose parts inside the door (open and close). -1/28 dropped the car off to get the issues resolved, was told repairs would take a day or two. We didnโt get it back until 2/4, the power window was said the plug wasnโt in all the way. The dust high spots were knocked down and buffed out, and the scuffs in lower valence were attempted to be taken out (7/10 my grade on finish product) and there were some scuffs on the lower bumper sides I wanted taken out (5/10 my grade on finish product) - I grade them at a C- for their opportunity to redeem themselves. Overall my problem was communication, time management, and quality of work This is car thatโs spent its entire life in a heated garage, hand washed on nice days, and handled with pride. I could have easily brought this car to any shop without a 13 week lead time (6 week wait to get in, 7 weeks to finish) and got the same quality. The issue is this, they take in as much work as possible to make the profit margins require by the new owners (they were purchased last year from large corporation that owns many body shops). Itโs not running with the same pride as when it was run by an owner operator business. Iโm sure they are challenged with staffing as every business is but there is a fine line between pumping out cars and the quality workmen-ship one would expect.

We had to have body work done on our Lexus and Prestige did a great job. Their initial estimate was higher than we actually paid at the end, the damage wasnโt as extensive as they thought once they got the car into the shop and could take a better look. We also got our car back sooner than originally thought. When we picked it up we had questions and they answered them all thoroughly. The car was vacuumed and washed! We would recommend them.

They managed two separate insurance claims from two different companies for me, maintained communication throughout the entire process, helped me set up a rental and adhered to every request I made. I went to prestige for an estimate as they were recommended form Mobility works in Manchester NH. I worked with Jim who was brutally honest as to what the cost would be to replace the door. The incident happened while my daughters nurse was driving the car and I don't want to burden her with the expense. The dent was not that bad or noticeable; therefore, don't think I will fix it. Jim is so kind and I want to be sure he is recognized by Prestige and a HUGE Shout Out from me!!

We used Prestige Auto Body in both 2024 and 2025, and each experience was excellent. Ashley and Sarah at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpfulโthey instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome, which means a lot when youโre already stressed from an accident. The technicians who worked on my car were incredibly detailed and thorough as well, even though I didnโt get their names. The quality of their work really shows. Overall, Prestige Auto Body made a tough situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Gave them 2 stars instead of 1 just due to the work done being good. But man o man, donโt plan on having your vehicle back anytime soon and expect a pretty high end price. Brought two vehicles with VERY minor damage there this past year. One a front bumper and the other a rear bumper. Had both vehicles for a month. The vehicle in the picโs bill was the front bumper one, Iโm sure some brackets and minor stuff as well ended up being $6200! Painted the hood with no hood damage. Work came out great, that was the sole bright spot.
