Huge shoutout to Firestone for truly saving the day! After spending over 3 hours calling around with no luck, I desperately needed just one tire replaced. When I finally called Firestone, Eliza answered and immediately put me at ease—he was kind, professional, and so calming during a stressful moment. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also got me in right away and took excellent care of me. I’m beyond grateful! I also want to thank John, the state inspector. What a useless service. Went here to get ONE tire air filled, pressure had dropped slightly low. Senior looking man, glasses, older, said it will take 30 minutes... to fill air... in one tire. This has never happened at a Firestone. Absolute incompetence. Went to the Firestone at the town over, they said, you should never have to wait to get a tire filled, and even knew the guy who didn't provide service and said it was not right. Dodge this place and go to the one nearby.

I am long-time customer of Firestone Autocare. Took my last car to the location in Mansfield, MA for new tires, and kept going back until I moved up north. After subpar experiences at two other NH locations (I will not disclose which stores since they already think I am a "see-you-next-Tuesday" as one crass technician muttered under their breath all because I spoke up when they literally BROKE my wheel lock and then had the audacity to tell me it was MY responsibility to pay and replace it) Manchester was my last hope to continue servicea from Firestone for my new car. The manager, John, was very understanding, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely glad to keep my business. I needed to get an inspection sticker on the car ASAP since it turned out we still have to have them. Anyways, called a bunch of different places trying to get an appointment & every place I called had the same story, it would be at least a few days. Firestone got me in 30 minutes from the time I called & had my car ready & waiting for me by the time my wife & I returned from grabbing lunch. I will never bring another vehicle to this location. After taking my wife’s car in for a simple tire rotation, the staff claimed they couldn’t complete the job because they had stripped the lug nuts from trying to get them off. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused by failing to use a breaker bar, they insisted the lugs nuts were completely seized beforehand, and handed us a large estimate to fix their own mistake. In other words, they essentially tried to charge us to repair the damage they did to the car. We ended up taking it to the Leominster location, where they were shocked by the negligence shown at the Manchester location. They confirmed that the lugs were stripped because of negligence, demonstrated that the lugs were easily removed with the proper technique, and then fixed the issue for free. This Manchester branch is unprofessional and lacks basic mechanical accountability, and I will never trust this location with our vehicles again. Save yourself the headache and choose to have your tired serviced elsewhere.

Courtney, wonderful girl. She's so nice and respectful. Super sweet and understanding. Elijah, extremely rude and disrespectful. Very condescending and will laugh and roll his eyes at you. I honestly regret bringing my vehicle to this Firestone. The only good thing that came from this was Courtney was understanding and honest. P.S. It doesn't take hours to swap out tires. Max 45 to an hour, maybe. They also left the air in the tires uneven all the way around the car. We won't be coming back for service or tires. I'll take my business to V.I.P Tires or Pepboy.

Firestone's auto services are NOT good at all. On March 2025 I brought my 2015 F350 pickup truck to repair the exhaust system and a leak in the cooling system. I paid over $6800. The diagnosis done for the cooling system leak was that it needed a new radiator which was at that time replaced. The leak continued mainly when the outside temperature went below freezing, so I could not show them. I waited until February 6, 2026 when the temperature was below freezing. At this time they told me that the leak was not under warranty because it was not from the rediator but it was from the engine oil cooler hose. I paid $124 for that diagnosis. I decided to not do the repair at Firestone and instead took it to another shop for a second opinion. The other shop diagnosed that the leak was in water pump and not the engine oil cooler. They explained to me that the leak looked to be from the hose because it was landing on the hose itself, but it was leaking from the water pump. What this means is that Firestone misdiagnosed the leak problem twice and lied on how they did the testing and charged me for replacing the radiator which was not leaking and for the second a second diagnosed.

I had the first appointment in the morning. They were fast & very efficient! The service was great from the moment I called the store, to the moment I left the place. The gentleman working the front was super friendly, knowledgeable, & didn’t make me feel pressured into getting anything “extra” & went beyond my expectations, as to go & take a picture of something to show me so I understood & had a clear picture of it. Also, If he wasn’t sure about something, he wouldn’t hesitate to go ask someone who would know. Everyone working there did their part in taking care of my tire & car needs.
