This I a response to post from CJ Lane about her 14 Kia Soul. Glad you got you car fixed. I never think anyone is stupid. The quote given to you was correct using quick struts which is new sturt , spring and mount. And we quote this way becausolder springs and mounts get weak and when you change just one it can throw off front suspension on the car causing premature tire wear. That if fact. and as you said you hung up on me instead of letting me explain the breakdown of my quote. The fact is you only wanted to replace the one strut only. And that is your choice as a consumer. Again I wish you the best luck with your car.

Rob and his team are an absolute gem of a find. To find this type of top notch service at a friendly neighborhood shop is priceless. They are a throw back to when service providers actually truly cared to help you with your particular issue and not just upsell the customer with some false diag that they use to pad their bottom line. Also the value and honesty they provide should give you piece of mind not to hesitate when you think your vehicle "might" need something or just want to get it checked out. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else. Rob & his team know exactly what they’re doing. They helped me with the most essential part of my 1991 Ford E250 campervan build - power. Without Kinne, I wouldn’t be traveling cross-country right now and able to charge all my electronics, and keep my food cold! Very personable and knowledgeable crew. 11/10 experience.

Honda dealer had my car 6 days with 10 hours of diagnostic time and couldn't find the problem. Kinne had my car 1 day with 2 hours of diagnostic time, found and fixed the problem. I took my car in for an inspection sticker. This is the first time I’ve been there. I mentioned I thought I might hear some squeaking in my front brakes, (or it could just be ice). He called me and said my car was ready and the brakes were fine. I was amazed that based on my comment he didn’t try to sell me new brakes anyway. A real honest mechanic! I am beyond happy!

I had been having electrical issues for my car for ~1.5 years. These guys are a godsend. I had multiple wiring issues involving my ac. I was told before being referred that this was going to hurt a lot. Not only were they super friendly and personable. They were very knowledgeable about everything that was wrong and how they fixed it. Their prices are unbelievably reasonable! I am very pleased with their service and knowledge. Very honest, I had an issue with my headlight, I took it to the dealer first and they couldn't figure out the issue. I then took it to another mechanic after charging me over 400$ he still couldn't fix it. I then googled this place and I'm so glad I found them. Not only they fixed my headlight but they also figured out the issue and fixed it. Not to mention that they saved me money. Highly recommend.
