I had a sports car with a dead battery, so dead that it could not be jumpstarted (also has complex electronics and resets). More difficult than just putting a new battery in). I called Queen City Towing, and they quoted me a fixed price + X per mile, very good quote. Dealt with "Gerry." He was here within 30 minutes. He meticulously removed the auto from the garage, loaded up and towed it to the repair facility. When Gerry arrived at the drop off point he called me with the total bill. It was actually a little less than the estimate including mileage. Gerry and Queen City Towing did a great, quick, quality job. I highly recommend Queen City Towing. Thanks Gerry, great job!

I had my exhaust break up in Manchester this past Sunday afternoon. My cell was less then 10% and I had no charger. I knew I wouldn’t find a shop open on a Sunday at 4. I gave this place a call. The tow driver who picked me up was great. I was so mad and distracted by what was going on that I think I forgot to thank him (Thank You). He gave me a ride back but also took the time to dig through his 20,000 Android chargers to find me an IPhone Charger so I could charge my phone a little and call for a ride back to Salem. They were able to fix it the next day before noon and gave a very good price. I was out of my element here because I have my own mechanic but I couldn’t have asked for a better tow driver or unfamiliar mechanic.

Listen, no one likes getting towed. I get it. That said, wow. These guys are nothing short of awesome. My car was hit by someone in an accident. I was LUCKY enough to have Queen City Towing respond. The gentleman that came to tow it was polite, professional, down to earth and very helpful. When I went to retrieve my car, the manager (I wish I remembered his name) was so nice and helpful. He brought me to my car and helped me get it legal to drive right there on the spot so I could get to work. Didn't ask for anything but a thank you. What a company. These guys are THE BEST THERE IS. I cannot say enough good about them. They went above and beyond when they did not have to. 5 stars, A+++ 2 thumbs up and all that! Thanks, guys!!!

This tow company specifically Travis driver was absolute lifesaver for our family when our campervan encountered transmition module error in remote Vermont area where there was ZERO cell service. Travis came to rescue at 2:30am !!!!!! HE DROVE 2 HOURS FROM HIS SHOP to get to us to then tow us 2h away to location that was the closest to fix our campervan. TRAVIS and his wife were total rock stars and we are forever grateful for their help.

After calling another tow company in Manchester and being told that they didn't tow from North Londonderry I called Queen City. The gentleman who answered the phone was professional and kind. I was calling for my son and unfamiliar with the area he broke down. Not only did Queen City towing reach out to my son they knew where he was and immediately went to get him and his car. He was located in a dangerous spot where two highways meet and it was getting dark. They had him and his car safely loaded and brought him home all within a matter of 20 minutes as promised. They called me to collect payment as I promised and made sure to let me know my son was safe. As a parent who was in a different part of the state. I greatly appreciate thier quick response. I would recommend them to anyone. I used to tow along time ago and I know how dangerous it can be. They were quick, professional and and ensured this worried Mom that my son was in good hands. If you need a tow this outfit is top notch. Thank you Queen City for helping us out in record time and understanding that I was unfamiliar with the area.

I called this place to get a tow from Manchester NH to Norfolk MA (about 90 miles) due to being in a crash last week and one of my tires being blown. Jim answered the phone to me crying about every place charging me 500+ dollars and me being 18 not having that kind of money but desperately needing help with my car and he was the calmest, sweetest most gentle soul I’ve met in a while. Without hesitation he offered to fix the tire on my car for $150 so I could drive it to Mass to be dealt with. It turned out that my boyfriend had aaa and I didn’t realize so he was able to get my car towed for me meaning I no longer needed my tire changed but Jim is the epitome of kindness, he deserves a raise. If anyone knows his cashapp id love to personally send him that 150 as a thank you😊
