If you need anything Air conditioning related this is the place to go they have always had what we have needed from equipment AC , to automotive, HD truck ,and light duty truck . They do other repairs but I've only done AC stuff with them .

Scammed me by charging me twice for my sticker went there 3 times ...1st time i went in failed ....fixed whats wrong ..went in the 2nd time (4 days later) got charged again still failled? So i fixed what was wrong... then the 3rd time i went back i had fixed everything and more and they again tell me they cant pass me for my side mirror( because the duck tape was covering the wire!) Now mind you my mirror was like this the 1st 2 times coming in and no one said anything and 2 different people looked at my car...... Their excuse "oh we must of missed it" ( both people missed it both times??? Hmmm) so they wouldnt give me my sticker They also tried to tell me that they didnt charge me twice but i have the bank record to prove it if needed. Went some where else got my stcker no problem Wont ever go here again and will be calling the board of inspections for charging me twice

I highly recommend Gills Automotive from Manchester NH to all of Manchester residents and nearby town. they are a family business, owned and managed by a father and son. Three things blew my mind, it just happens that they have free internet service and I was able to work and watch while my car was being fixed. No 1, they did their very best to find the parts my car needed for the best possibly price. they must have call at least 10 parts providers until they found the lowest price for the original parts. No 2. They were very knowledgeable on their trade, they diagnosed the problem and prognosticated the correct outcome and No 3 they were very fair on their labor prices on top of the very kind and nice people they are, they are not "mechanics", they are professionals in all the meaning of the word and what I learned about them is that Gills Automotive stands for "Integrity" . Gills broke a manifold bolt and instead of fixing, installed a home made clamp that fell off. Now they want a couple thousand to repair broken stud and deny putting in clamp. Don't ever use these hacks.

My 1994 Jaguar XJS has a sophisticated, complex Climate Control system. When it failed to function properly, I had visions of doom. On the recommendation of a local Commercial AC concern that serves the heavy transportation industry, I brought my car to Gill's Auto on Rimmon St., Manchester's West side. They thoroughly cleaned and serviced the system and brought it back to factory specifications. This is no mean feat for a vehicle approaching Classic status where some of the parts are no longer available. They re-manufactured a hose assembly in such a way as to make it better than new. If it ever leaks again, replacement of the hose section will be easily accomplished, since the fittings can now be re-used. I'm pretty anal-retentive. The owner put my mind at ease, explaining what steps he and his son would take to diagnose and repair the system. They did exactly as they described and now the entire system works as well, or even better than new. The turn-around time exceeded my expectations and the cost was very reasonable, considering the actions they had to take in order to set things right after some bodged servicing attempts, prior to my ownership of the car. I would heartily recommend them for a fair deal and excellent results.
