If I could get negative stars, I would This review reflects my experience as of January 27, 2026. Please read as the dealership keeps deleting my review. I had a very concerning experience with this dealership regarding what I believed was a trade-in. On January 27, 2026, I was told that my current vehicle would be taken as a trade-in by Adam toward another car. Based on that understanding, I left my original vehicle on the dealership lot and proceeded with the new purchase, believing the trade-in was finalized. However, I later discovered that my original loan was still active, and I now had two separate auto loans. This was not what I understood or agreed to during the transaction. My original vehicle remained on the dealership’s lot for over two months, yet no payoff or completion of the trade-in occurred during that time. During this period, I was not contacted with any updates regarding the status of my vehicle or the trade-in process. As a result, I am now facing repossession on that vehicle. I have attempted to get clarification and resolve the situation, but the outcome has not reflected what was explained to me at the time of sale. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to carefully review all financing documents and confirm, in writing, how any trade-in will be handled before leaving the dealership. I would not personally choose to do business here again based on my experience.

How great free service on that 30 to 40k new car.....if you can wait two weeks to get in. Too long, will be over the mileage, take it somewhere else.....buyer be wary

Sitting in a nice clean waiting area for my truck to be serviced. Its just in for an oil change and tire rotation. But, since I came in so early, it will be a while before they finish it. (I didn't mind waiting). Couldn't change the TV as customers, there was no remote available for either TV. lol

Bought a full set of tires months ago and already one has a bulge in the sidewall. Contacted service department regarding tire warranty. Was told there was no warranty on tires. I informed advisor there was a manufacturer warranty but was told I would have to contact manufacturer. To top it off I found out when looking online to replace tires that I was charged double what other retailers charge for same tire.

If I could give no starts I would.. I brought my wife’s car to the Autofair Hyundai service department for a metal on metal grinding and poping noise coming from the rear differential when turning either direction. They called us to come back and when I went into the service department to see what was going on with it the service advisor, Johnathon Swallow proceeded to tell me it was the alignment and the tires that we just had put on the car causing the noise. He told me he’s been doing this for many many years and he has never seen a Palisade that needed a differential or carrier bearing but he has seen it in a Genesis.. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, my RUBBER tires are the cause of all of it apparently. He then told me that his technician test drove the vehicle, my wife took a picture of the odometer when we dropped it off and when we picked it up it had 1 mile put on it. It was very obvious at that point that they did not test drive the vehicle because if they did they would have noticed instantly that the rear end was binding up as soon as they took that sharp corner to leave the dealership. However I was informed of this by my wife once we got home that there was only 1 mile put on the car on the test drive. John then insured me that an alignment and new tires would fix the issue. We even have that in writing on our diagnostic paperwork we received when picking up the car. I even argued with him for a minute and he told me if you are a mechanic go look at the tires. My tires are worn the way they are due to the faulty differential. Since bringing it into that nightmare of a dealership I had brought it to 3 other shops which ALL diagnosed it as needing the rear differential rebuilt or replaced. I have spent $1000’s of dollars on tires, diagnostic fees, and alignments for the noise to still be active. Now that we have reached back out to the dealership in regards to their misdiagnosis I can’t get the service adviser, assistance manager or general manager to call us back.. John was very adamant about it being the tires and alignment and said it’s gonna be hard to get it covered under warranty. In so many words it feels like they are trying to avoid us until our warranty runs out so they don’t have to eat the cost. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE, better off driving to somersworth or North Hampton for any type of service. At least their honest.. and call you back…

I bring my car here as usually for regular oil change and tire rotations ( this services are prepaid in my account) I always have a problem with associates, they always try to charge me for some service that I already prepaid, its unbelievable, but this last visit was even worst, my car has only 77k miles, 2021 model, I have my rear seat belt not retracting, so I bring this to them, first they try to charge me $299 only to look at it, after speak with manager she told me will take a look at my account an all prepaid services and will get back to me( I still waiting she contact me back, looks like 1h at wait room was not enough cause she never call me back) at checkout the associate told me they LOOK at seat belt and it needs to be replaced, price $1250, I refuse of course, so I decide to bring to another mechanic for a second option, this guy charge me $100 per hour because he don't know what is the problem, I agree, after 5 MINUTES at waiting room I could not even finish my coffee and he call me back, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH SEAT BELT, it was just frozen on a position because when was retracting the last time it folds on half, he charged me $30 for the whole thing. can you believe it? The auto fair Hyundai service center should take care of their customers because after sales NOBODDY CARES, this was my second brand new purchase of a Hyundai and because the terrible customer care this will be the last. we will change it soon because I don't want to deal with this people ANYMORE!!!

Excellent service manager and staff...very efficient and helpful .. A little bit of annoyance by the constant back and forth to sales managers desk until they finally wear you down...first messed a new 2023 Genesis G70 AWD Sort Prestige..only 16k miles on it at least end and then leased a 2025 Tuscon Limited AWD and it's a dream to drive...first 2 months out 2800 miles on it because I LIVE driving it!! My 15lb Yorkie mix "BEAST" gets belly rubs by ALL the employees and when he sees the Autofair Hyundai sign from the highway his tail doesn't stop wagging!!
