Bait and switch. They gave me a quote for work which was in line with other shops quotes. Brought my car in and the quote got doubled for the same work. Charged me 200$ just to waste my time.

I was talked down to by the service manager when I exp6that my sons car was drifting to one side. He explained that it could be due to the way roads in the US are constructed for water runoff. I told him I understood but he went on to re-state the same fact. I my have a different skin color, I was born and raised in the UK and workes.on engineering projects for the Big Dig project in Boston. I think I understand the basics of road construction. Not impressed with the gentleman and would not recommend anyone to Team Nissan for any type of vehicle purchase!!

I bought my car in July 2021 from Team Nissan. Passed certified used car inspection by them and was given a state inspection sticker until September 2022. In late October 2021 I go to have my tires rotated after 5k miles from purchase and am told 3 of 4 tires would fail inspection and the 4th is borderline. I understand that buying new tires is part of ownership, but needing to buy new tires already makes me question everything else about the certified used car inspection report.

I went in for a "free" inspection since i bought my car there, and told them the a.c was blowin hot air. Without my permission they fixed the a.c when i only wanted a diagnosis and 3days later they made me pay $500 to get my car back. If your buying a car they are good, but i dont recommend the auto service.

Bought my car here a lil over 4 years ago. Was going to go back to get something new in a month. While I was getting a inspection. The guy that was helping me gave me a list of air filters I "should " change. I had just replaced the motor n cabin filters a month prior. I chalked it up to maybe he didn't inspect them and was going off the cars miles. As I went to get the car keys to leave . Still happy with team Nissan in a whole . A female service person snapped at me. The guy that I was working with heard the disrespectful comments, n told the other service person . We were waiting for our keys. No apology or anything . There is too many options for car sales and service shops . For me to deal with disrespect . When I am a easy going and respectful person !

I went in for a full synthetic oil change and got my tires rotated. My car has over 120,000 miles. They did a full inspection of my car and discussed what they found. They also advised on what could wait. When I took my car to my usual mechanic, they checked everything that was on my list and agreed with Team Nissan Service. One bonus. Team Nissan Service is more affordable.

Brought my car in for a checkup ahead of a long drive: after a clean multi-point diagnostic, I drove home only to notice a (loud) squeaking coming from under the hood after a cold start. This sound was absent before service. +1 star for friendly service, +1 for reasonable wait. -3 for breaking my trust in Nissan service departments.

Got some free oil changes with the purchase of a used car. First 2 were great. Third one seemed fine but my car was running rough. Thought it was because of the cold weather Jan/Feb. Lower gas mileage than i had before. Had another place do it and found out it was running bad because i had an entire extra quart of oil in there. Was going to keep going to Nissan but not now. Look it up its better to be low on oil than have too much. Nothing i can do now the damage is done.

Very disappointed at management here. I paid for a full diagnosis because my engine light was on and they only ran a scan, found 3 error codes and asked me to go to a Ford dealership for a system update. In theory, something else could still be causing the problem but they decided not to rule out any other problems even when I paid for this. I brought this up to management and they refuse to refund me even when other shops in town offer to run a scan for free. I spend thousands of dollars a year at this shop and have already purchased 2 cars from them. Apparently they care more about $200 and their fragile egos than keeping a good customer on their side. How am I going to trust this people again? Time to bring my business and my money elsewhere and to reach out to the state consumer protection office.
