Kaili was an absolute delight! I highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle from Buick or Chevy. The car buying process can be lengthy and tedious, but Kaili made it a breeze. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. However, I had a negative experience with Tiffany. I understand that most car dealership employees work on commission, so she informed me about the extended warranty program. I politely declined, but she persisted in trying to sell me additional warranty packages . I expressed my disinterest and felt very uncomfortable, she continued to pressure me after the third time. After I firmly declined her offer, she raised her eyebrows and looked at me as if I was making a significant mistake by not purchasing the extra warranty. I believe she could benefit from some feedback on her sales strategy.

We had a fantastic and exceptional experience at Quirk GMC in Manchester recently. After going thru 3 other dealerships (including another GMC dealer) Tara MacQuarrie was able to work some magic and after talking with me over the phone she was able to take our must haves/desires and find a vehicle that matched our needs. They were very willing to work with us on the trade and I was able to get my wife a new car even after we had given up at the moment. Tara worked closely with us, walking us step by step thru the process and took her time explaining the deal and the car and all the features it has. Unfortunately (as can happen) the cars check engine light came on shortly after we took delivery, however the service center got us in quickly to determine what was going on and are in the process of fixing a small list of issues we brought up. They are all very friendly and willing to take time to explain things so you understand and are comfortable. Tara then spent time with us again when we dropped the car off for service trying to assist us in straightening out our GMC app account and getting our points issued. Tara and the Quirk team are a great bunch of people and I look forward to dealing with them I the future for our service and general needs. I will most certainly go visit them again the next time I’m in the market for a newer car.

This is the second truck I have purchased from Quirk and will keep coming back. Teresa, Johnny and Dianne were wonderful to work with and made the entire process painless! I leased a truck from Chevy of Manchester three years ago and fully planned on returning to them for another vehicle when my lease was up. About a week after my battery warranty expired — literally one week — my truck battery failed. I called the dealership explaining the situation, noting that the vehicle had been leased from them and was otherwise running perfectly. I was told there would be no coverage whatsoever and that it would cost roughly $500 to replace the battery. There was no effort to offer any goodwill consideration despite being just days outside the warranty window and being a current lease customer planning to return for another vehicle. To make matters more frustrating, there is an active recall related to battery drain issues (including concerns tied to OnStar). I brought this up and was quickly told it had nothing to do with my battery failure. Whether or not it ultimately contributed, the dismissive response was disappointing. Instead of paying $500, I replaced the battery myself for about $170. The issue was resolved. This experience wasn’t about the battery — it was about customer service. A dealership that values long-term relationships could have handled this differently. Based on how this was handled, I won’t be returning when my lease is up. Just my experience, but I would not recommend this dealership based on the level of support I received.

It started off great. Nicole answered my first call and did an excellent job. From then on any question I called or texted her she answered immediately unlike some other dealerships. When it was time to get me a price Nicole got me a legit quote that didn’t increase when I showed up to purchase my truck. When it came to onsite I mostly worked with Tim.
