Words can’t capture how happy I am tho have found Artisan Automotive to work on my Land Rover Defender. Shawn and the team did a fantastic job. They are genuinely nice people, do excellent work, communicated clearly and honestly and went out of their way to take care of my Defender. I brought the truck in to fix the brake lights.Shawn asked if I would like them to do a full check over. They found several problems, a couple of which could have been dangerous if not attended to. Shawn and Jeff took me into the shop and showed me each item and explained the repairs they would do. They needed to order some parts so Shawn gave me a loaner car. The work was done on time and at the (very reasonable) estimated price. I couldn’t be happier.

Had a great experience at South Elm Automotive getting my vehicle inspected, an oil change (that was FAR cheaper than the nationwide chain around the corner), and the tires rotated. I received a text to confirm the appointment, a call during the inspection - nothing required immediate action but they had the availability, and then another text when my vehicle was ready. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is tidy. I knew I would be spending some money and I didn't expect the final bill to be so reasonable. It's a good feeling to have an honest and reliable automotive shop so close by.

South Elm Auto was great and a pleasure. While any auto service feels expensive, I think their prices were good, as auto care plus was charging me several hundred more for the same job. Rear caliper and bumper was replaced in one day. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to, and I'll definitely be coming back when needed in the future! Side note: They had a new system so there as a bit of miscommunication, I had came in to have the parts ordered by Monday(6 days prior) and they weren't ordered, they came in 2 days later and the repair was done the same day!
