I brought my Kia that I recently purchased from a family friend that needed a MAJOR cleaning to jonny’s on Friday afternoon to see when he could get me in. He said I could leave it and he would do his best to get it done today, and if not finished today, then it would be done on Monday. So I left it cause it was a third vehicle for us. By 5:15pm I got a call from Jonny that I could head to his shop because my car was done. When I got there I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! This car looked better than new inside and out. He did an amazing job detailing every inch of the interior and left it looking great with an awesome shine. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicle to him when needed. keep up the good work Jonny. You have exceeded my expectations.

I sat outside the workshop waiting from 8:20 am to 8:50 am and no-one showed up. There was another customer there who had been waiting since 8am. He was returning to collect his belongings they had neglected to put back in his car when they had detailed it the day before. He showed me the streaks they had left on his dash and the dirty door jambs they hadn't cleaned. They didn't even bother to reply to me after contacted them by email once I returned home.

Jonny did an amazing job on my 2012 subaru. I have a dog with very long hair that was everywhere in the car! He took all the seats out and made it look beautiful! He cleaned everything! The back spare wheel compartment, the engine... It's really impressive what he can do. We will definitely use him again

Jonnys has done every car in my family and they always turn out emaculate! I have gotten some other people to try them out and had pretty much the same experiences as we did. Only had one time where the mats weren't ready. But who cares, they respect the vehicle and leave them spotless!

2015 KIA SOUL Red Zone Edition. Absolutely stunning results, Jonnys Detailing was able to get all the "stains" out from the leaves that fell on my hood due to being parked under trees, removed all the sap that was stuck to the car, buffed and polished all the surfaces scratches and brought my weathered and tired looking tires back to life. My engine sparkles again and the inside of my car looks BRAND NEW! His communication is outstanding and such a down to earth guy - great price for the work that done! I am so pleased, I will see you in the spring!

This place is great and supper accommodating. I needed last minute detail gift cards right before XMAS EVE and the owner did we he can to help me out. I love small business’ and I finally found a place to go permanently for my detailing. The person who detailed my car was awesome too. I couldn’t get out in time from my job and he waited for me knowing my car was the last and I’m sure he had had a long day already. Those small things matter a lot to me. Had my car for 4+ days, over the weekend and barely communicated. Kept saying he would get to it and never did. Finally got my car back after days and none of the windows were even cleaned. Everything else came out okay. Person said he would include another gift card to make up for the inconvenience, never received gift card. May have been a one off instance but, I will never go back and would never recommend to anyone.

Very pleased! College student who has a 2019 rav4 lease. Very OCD and likes to keep my car spotless! I dropped my car off at a local auto shop for an inspection and when I picked it up the door had a scratch, the interior was muddy and my roof had grease ALL OVER IT. My car is spotless and to get my car returned like that after an inspection I was mortified. I didn’t know what to do especially with the grease and scratch so I looked online and called Johnnys. Not only were they super nice but they were very helpful in letting me know exactly what they could do for me. I had my car dropped off the next day and Jack was amazing. I asked him to only fix the drivers side that had grease smeared everywhere and the scratch. Instead he cleaned my entire front and my windshield plus got all the grease out for a very very good price! Sadly the scratch needs touch up paint but Jack said if I got the matching paint for my car he would fix it right up for me at anytime! Very happy to have my car back spotless and was very thrilled with the pricing. I highly recommend and will definitely be sending friends and family to Johnnys!

I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening for a detailing appointment for Thursday morning. I came to pick up my car on Thursday night to see that it hasn’t even been touched. Jack notified me that it would be done by Friday. That did not end up happening. I let me him know that I needed my car done by 2pm on Saturday. That request was still not fulfilled. He was able to do half of my car by 6pm on Saturday night when it was supposed to be done on Thursday morning. His excuse was he had to spend half of the day cleaning off an inch of snow off of cars. Awful customer service and I will never recommend to anybody. I had read such great reviews about this place but was hurried for the lack of time management and customer service. They don’t even answer their phones or the door when knocking.

My husband and I take great pride in maintaining our Jeep’s year round. We were very pleased how both of our Jeep’s turned out. Communication was very quick and clear. Save your money and go to another shop. These guys are very unprofessional. Jonny made promises he couldn't keep regarding paint repair. Jack made excuse after excuse why the detailing was non existent. Like missing the entire interior of the car. Jack has a dog that sheds fur and it gets into the interior of cars they're working on. Many more issues. Promised gift cards for all their screw ups but never followed thru. I don't understand how there are many good ratings. I will never return and I recommend you go elsewhere.

My car was infested with mice. The smell was unbearable. Jonny and his associate, took the inside of my car apart, cleaned it, disinfected it and returned it to me brand new. He took pictures of the car throughout the entire process. Great service.

Spilled smoothie in my car and was freaking out. Called Jonny's, owner was super informative and helpful on the phone, and offered me to come in on a Sunday (when they are closed) in order to help me out. Jack, the other guy, was so kind and helpful too. Even had his puppy there to say hello (definitely a bonus lol). While he was aware he only needed to clean up my smoothie chaos, he did even more for the same price. I gave them extra $ to show my appreciation. Will definitely come back and recommend people to them! Thank you guys so much.

Looking at some of these reviews, I have to wonder if they were a fluke, or posted by a competitor, because I am so happy I found Johnny's Detailing. I took my 12 year old truck there, LOADED with scratches. For a VERY REASONABLE PRICE, they used Clay bar, then a compound wax was applied with a buffer. Now, 99% of the scratches ARE GONE!!!! Also did the interior and under the hood, all for a mere $340!!!!! They even replaced my fog light bulbs. These guys can do most anything! Before I found Johnny's, I had my wife's SUV done by one of the BIGGEST and supposedly BEST detail shops in the Merrimack Valley. They charged $525 to do her car inside, outside, and under the hood, and I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!! It looks like the guy stood in one place and sprayed the engine bay from there, only. When viewed from all other angles, the engine is filthy!!! Not what I expected for $525.00!!!! These men do much more than detailing. Garages wanted over $250.00 JUST FOR THE LABOR to change 6 spark plugs on my Honda. Johnny's did it for less than that. In fact, they did 6 plugs, 6 coils, replaced a bumper bracket, and detailed my interior, all for less than the garage was charging, JUST TO DO THE PLUGS!!! As a bonus, while one man finished the plugs, rather than stand around doing nothing, the other did spray wax on my whole car!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! And if you need thorough detailing, or mechanical work, YOU WILL, TOO!!! These guys are experts and educated me on cleaning chemicals to use going forward. Very personable, friendly, and generous with their knowledge and expertise. Get your vehicle done here, you will be happy that you did.
