Took my vehicle to them with a no click no start situation asked him to diagnose the problem and to replace my starter even if it's good they gave me my car back with a new starter and no start I paid them $600 some dollars and my car did not work and they want more money to diagnose the problem that I asked him to do the first time very bad business they're running don't bother

Scheduled state inspection service. Large customer waiting area covid 19 practices followed . Scheduled appointment one hour wait.

Sales tactics and wording are deceiving. When leasing a vehicle on Black Friday we were told the first payment would be paid for us, which is not the case. After giving a large down payment and told our first payment would be in the new year, we get the lease packet from GM financial and find out we have a full payment due 30 days after purchase. When I inquired I was first told you have 45 days to pay, then that person couldnt clarify his answer and sent me to another financial "manager" and he told me it was in fact due 30 days from the purchase. When they say "make the first payment for you" that means they will literally take your money and push buttons to "place" the payment for you.. wow thanks for the service. This day and age it's so hard to make a payment online by clicking a button...definately would have had a hard time doing that. Hope you picked up on the sarcasm. Dont believe them when they say you wont have a payment until 2 months away, cuz that's a lie; from their stand point they are being honest and ethical. Ha! I highly suggest you find another dealership to purchase any car from although the sad thing is its allowed and practiced too often across all dealerships. To make it better the salesman told me that the back of my vehicle could fit a full sheet of plywood and drywall in the back...how does a 4' x 8' sheet fit in a space that is 3.5' wide x 6' long fit a full sheet, guess I must be doing something wrong..oh yeah believing a car salesman...do you see the reoccurring theme here?? Lastly, I was trading in a vehicle which the payment was due a few days away...when I noticed money coming out of my checking account to pay my previous vehicle ibinquired as to why this wasnt taken care of. You can guess the response...we have 10 days to make the payoff...cuz again carrier pigeons and hand written contracts take such a long time in the day and age of electronic everything. They were sure quick to take my money out of my account instantly. You do this every day and you hide behind every excuse that suits your needs and wants. Ultimately it has nothing to do with you, the buyer, as a person, just whatever they can do to make their numbers work which is lies, all lies. Remember if they say they can make it work to get you into the vehicle you want when you walk in(when you lay the entire financial situation at their feet) and come back $150 more than you can spend...learn from my mistake, get your keys back and run. Schisters!

Several bad experiences here. A job that should only take a few hours took all day despite us having the first appointment. Poor communication, couldn't get ahold of anyone to tell us how much longer until the truck would be ready. This happened several times, we won't be going here again.

They are not the most conveniently located Chevy dealer so I've only been a few times. Very good experience, they complete service very quickly at good prices and I can usually get an appointment quickly. Friendly team. They will be my preferred dealer from now on.

Had multiple bad experience with there service department over the years to point that we own gmc/caddilacs but refuse to have work done here,we go way out of our way to service our vechiles in Concord and buy anywhere but here..last straw was being refused recall notice good til 120000 miles a few years back on a oil sludge issue we had been complaining about since we had the suv and by time the issued recall we were at 117500 or so but we thought wat a stroke of luck we got this in time..fast forward trying to leave the car for recall and being told it had to be monatered for 3k miles the life of a oil change before they would honor recall and that would put us over by 500..I couldn't believe my ears but it was true ..Needless to say I've never set foot back there again. That was just 1 of 3 bad experience. Sucks cause I am from mass and was very excited to originally see this being moved into Manchester..good luck

I went to turn in my lease and was very pleased with the service we received! Autumn Thompson greeted us right away, wasn’t pushy, was very patient with us as we switched our vehicle of interest many times, and was all around very relaxing to work with. A great relief since car shopping in the past has been a very stressful situation. Thank you for another awesome vehicle, Quirk! Absolutely horrendous. I feel disrespected and disappointed after dealing with them for the past week. Avoid at all costs if you can. They do not communicate, listen, or care about their customer’s satisfaction or time.I was told my car would be ready for pickup that day, drove all the way there to find out it wasn’t ready. I finally got my brand new car back (that I leased from them and immediately had issues with) and they made zero effort to keep it clean. It came back to me dirtier and with oil stains all over my new floor mats. My tires also came back with tire pressure all over the place after they had replaced the tires! I want nothing to do with this company and encourage anyone to look elsewhere that can. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I never have to deal with them again.

Big shoutouts to Stephanie and Danielle. Brought my Denali in for a recall. Stephanie followed up after the appointment and I expressed my displeasure with an issue resulting from the service visit. She and Danielle immediately addressed the issue and within a week’s time ( due to the need to order parts), they had me in and resolved the issue. These ladies were great! When they told me that their customer’s satisfaction was important to them, they stood behind their words. Thank you ladies for making this customer feel heard and important. Nice job!!

First oil change for my new Traverse with 6800 miles Tech was unable to reset or determine the cause of the indicators lights that are on Service ESC and ABS and well as the Brake light. Service did his best to explain but still a very big inconvenience to have to return and leave my car for a long period to diagnosis the issue

The service representatives were very nice and kept me informed as my car moved through their process. I had purchased a tire add-on when I purchased the car. I strongly recommend the purchase. The tire that had an object in it couldn't be plugged so it needed to be replaced and there was no charge to me. Awesome!!
