Always thought Kia's were low end vehicles that is not my experience. Love my Forte and the service at Quirk Kia is top notch.

One of the best Kia service centers. They helped when no one else was willing to help with transmission issues I was having. I will go this service center and also will buy a car from them in near future.

Haley in the service department is a life saver!! So friendly and attentive and also VERY knowledgeable. She helped me fix my problem so fast and didn't make me feel stupid in the process like a lot of other companies/mechanics do. The team is lucky to have her!

9 times out of 10 when I go here, which has been for 15 years, they dont do what they say they will and screw up the work. Basically I pay to have work done and get my GMC/Chevy back with the same problem. Chris Mullen is the only reason I go back because he is honest and makes things right. Otherwise the mechanics are all clowns and the service reps are yesmen/women. Quirk should change their TV commercial jingle to “Quirk works to take your money, Quirk LIES TO YOU!” Crooks.

Bad communication, ridiculous prices. Tried to charge me nearly double what another dealership would charge for the same work. Tried to convince me my car had a twin turbo when it's naturally asperated. They consistently would forget to give me updates and had me waiting for over half an hour to pick up my vehicle because all but one person left early and they forgot to prep my car. I will never be going here and recomend no one go here. I ended up going to capitol city kia instead and everything has been going great!

We are on our 5th Kia. I had a Sportage,Sorento and now I’m driving my Sorento Prestige. My husband is on his 2nd Forte. We are very happy with Quirk . When we schedule services they always get the cars in and out in a timely manner. The Service people who answer the phone are always super helpful.

I had a very expensive (over 5k) repair done due to rodent damage that took nearly two months due to a backordered part. When my car was returned my battery was completely dead. It died while my car was waiting at the shop due do improper treatment/storage and they could only offer a "discount" on a new battery. The quoted price was more than I could get it elsewhere at full price. When dealing with this issue they were difficult to get a hold of and very slow to respond. The cost of a new battery is nothing compared to what I just spent, nor the years of regular maintenance for two cars that we've had done there before (since 2018). If they're not going to take responsibility for a loyal customer, they're even less likely to for anyone else. Go somewhere else.

Avoid at all costs. Made a Monday morning appointment for a check engine light on my 2020 Stinger, dropped the car off Sunday night. Waited all afternoon for a call, called them at about 4 o’clock, got a call back at 5 from the service advisor telling me they pulled a code for a fuel delivery issue, that’s right, all day and all they did was pull a code, something that takes literally 2 minutes. This isn’t even the worst part. The next day was crickets again, so I texted them early afternoon to get an update. They told me I needed a new high pressure fuel pump and it would be $1500. I already knew the fuel pump on these cars had a recall, I had another dealer check less then a year ago, and they said it didn’t need to be replaced and installed a software update. I informed Quirk of this and they said they would look into it. Long story short Quirk tried to tell me the case was closed on the recall because I had another dealer check it and at the time didn’t need to be replaced. Turns out that wasn’t the case since the part went bad less than a year later. I ended up fighting with them for days and even had to get Kia consumer affairs involved. After a very annoying 2 weeks they finally agreed to fix the recall at no charge, as it should be with a recalled part. This is my first and last Kia because of this dealer.

Charged me twice for service. Sent me a link to pay, used it. When I went to pick up the car, they didn't "get anything on their end". Showed them my bank statement where the pending charge was. Still refused to help me, so in order to get my car I had to pay again. The girl who was less than enthusiastic to help, insisted that the pending charge would "fall off on its own". Well it didn't, charged me double, and now I am dealing with over drafts and disputing the charge.

Horrible communication and customer service. Escalated the concern to the Service Manager (Zach) who was even less helpful than the service assistant. They kept my car for over 4 days before we even knew what the car's problem was and they couldn't even offer a loaner vehicle. I'm stuck using them because my vehicle is under warranty. If you don't HAVE to use them, I would avoid completely.

The service department leaves much to be desired. There's barely any communication from the moment you book an appointment to the final "pay here". There's no appointment reminders, and the service wait area could use some updating.

This experience was so frustrating and unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my vehicle into this dealership expecting quality, professional service — what I got was anything but that. First, I was charged over $400 for parts alone. That would have been fine if the work had actually been done correctly and with proper materials. But to my complete shock, I later discovered that they had used ZIP TIES as part of the repair. Zip ties. On a vehicle that I drive my family in. That’s not only lazy and unprofessional — it’s unsafe. This is a dealership that’s supposed to represent a major brand, yet the work done on my vehicle was something I’d expect from an untrained backyard mechanic. There was no transparency, no explanation of what parts were used, and no justification for the excessive cost. Just a bill with a huge number and a vehicle patched together in the most careless way imaginable. When I questioned the work and asked for refund directly from management, I was given silence and avoidance. Bottom line: they charged premium prices for bottom-of-the-barrel workmanship. If you’re considering taking your car here, think twice. You might end up paying hundreds of dollars for quick fixes held together with plastic straps. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others stay far away unless you’re okay with being overcharged and driving away with your car held together like a science fair project. Do your research- I’m not the only one sharing this kind of experience.
