There are really not enough good things to say about this shop. Tim and Geno are extremely helpful and prompt, not to mention patient. They ALWAYS call and ALWAYS give options to you instead of going for the heavy pricing and there are never any surprises with what you get. From an oil change to state inspection to mechanic work there is no better place in Manchester.

My favorite garage in town. AAA recommended and give discount if you have a AAA membership. They are honest and very fair!!! Gino and Tim are great! Only opportunity is returning calls left from after hours VM. Otherwise Great! Visited today. Great visit. Tim was excellent as always.

This is an honest mechanic business with fair prices. They have done a few services on my vehicle and each time went well. The customer service is always great. The prices I paid were decent and worth the money. I was told the cost ahead of time and the cost never changed. There is limited waiting area inside if you do wait, although there is some good walking area and stores close by.

Failed inspection due to tint on front windshield. There has never been any tint applied to the windshield. The car is 12 years old and has never failed an inspection for anything. Every car in the parking lot had the same level of tint. Very frustrating experience.

Can't say I have had any experience here. I went here recently inquiring if manual transmission work could be done and was recommended to go to Russell Auto down the street. I would recommend removing "Transmission repair services" from your website.

Honest, clean shop. Brought my car in with a tire puncture. They took it in right away. Spent some time looking at it but then brought the tire in to show that it is beyond repair. Even patch won’t fix it. But in the end they did not charge for it. Even after I insisted to pay for the time they spent, they would not take the money. Thanks.

I ask if they do inspections for my rv and my rv is very old that by law it’s not considered a rv under the law the owner said no. Couple days later I see a rv being inspected so they lied to me I feel really upset they lied I have pictures to prove it I feel they didn’t want to provide service to me would not recommend going there !

I’ve been here a few times and overall have had a positive experience. Most recently, I brought my car in due to some warning lights on the dash. They were able to get me in quickly and were very accommodating. The repairs didn’t take long, and I was back on the road the same day. Unfortunately, the issue returned shortly after. When I called and spoke with Tim, he was understanding and empathetic. He arranged for diagnostic work to be done right away and got me in as soon as possible to replace the faulty sensor. Thankfully, my warranty covered the repair, and due to the inconvenience, they even waived my $50 deductible. While the situation was a little frustrating, they turned it around and made it right. I felt taken care of, and they handled everything the way great customer service should. I understand that sometimes things happen, and because of how they handled it, I’ll definitely be back.

I called late in the day hoping to get in for a vehicle inspection. It was maybe and hour to an hour and a half before they close. They took me right in, didn’t try to sell me any extras, and had me out very quickly. While waiting, I listened to them speak with many customers that were showing up to pick up their vehicles. They were very professional, polite, informative, and considerate of everyone’s time. They explained the services that were done and answered questions without trying to over complicate things. This is how it should be done. I’ll be back for any work that I don’t have the time to do myself.
