This place is awesome!!! Brought my car here. I told them what was going on with it and told them I replaced a my fuel pump. Was still having issues so I brought it here. They really wanted to help me out but after then knowing I did the work myself told me to get a new pump and if I had trouble w it myself to bring it back to them. The whole time my car was there I was talking back and forth w one of the guys that worked there and we both were trouble shooting my car, I thought that was seriously amazing cause no other auto shop would sit there and discuss car problems with you and try n help you out. Every car auto shop Iv been to before are out for your $$ and only care about that, but Brutus’s is def one of those rare gems who are not only there to make $$ but are there for customer satisfaction and community growth. Hands down one of the best experiences Iv ever had w an auto shop!! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

Highly recommended! Have had several important repairs performed on my Jeep Renegade and each time I saved money compared to any other place and left satisfied (and repaired!). If you are looking for a reliable mechanic, don’t hesitate, GO TO BRUTUS AUTO!! I have been going here for about 2 years now. I hesitate when writing reviews so soon, however 2 years later here I am! Dan and Chris have always been gems to work with. Great people skills! They are careful and diligent with their work, making sure it is done correctly and efficiently rather than being sloppy. They break down the prices with no hassle, explaining the labor and parts costs thoroughly. And in the rare case a job is not done correctly (this has never happened to me personally) I know they will be more than willing to make it right! Keeping happy customers is prioritized over having lots of new clientele flooding in - hence why I haven’t changed mechanics since moving to Manchester. The waiting room is well maintained as well, with water and magazines offered. Also a big shoutout to Vinny who doesn’t work there anymore for getting me in and out for a minor fix without charge! This team is a good one, they don’t play games and are honest and straight up. Looking for a mechanic or searching for a better place?? Brutus is the place to go. Thank you all so much for your compassion and great work over the years. You are beyond appreciated and well deserving of the very best for the future of this business! :)

Got a flat tire. I called them up, and they fixed it fast and did a great job. Very professional and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I was in need of a realignment for my wheel rim! The team at Brutus was super helpful, flexible, and did everything to get me in as soon as possible. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience, but rather, they wanted to genuinely help me and get me on my way. Amazing service and support! I am going to be making Brutus my go to auto repair service from now on! *UPDATE - Recently (8 mos since I posted my review), my car's brakes were literally failing and in desperate need of new rotors and brake pads. I seriously thought it would be impossible to get things taken care quickly, but yet again, Brutus Auto came through without a hitch! Not only was the job done on the spot, but their professionalism and hospitality remain unmatched! I wish I could leave another 5 star review, but it looks like I can only provide one review for a business therefore adding to this post! This said, I cannot, can NOT recommend Brutus Auto enough!!!

I was recommended to bring my car to Brutus Auto Repair by a friend & as a female going into a shop we have the worries of being lied to, and them talking about things we’d probably have no general knowledge of.. But so far I’ve not only been treated with kindness, respect, but I know I’m not being lied to! They can show you what they’re talking about/proof.. && My guy Vinny is the best! He always listens to my concerns and always has me leaving with my car feeling safe & always tells me the truth, & if they see something with the car that doesn’t need fixing immediately they will tell you about it, but doesn’t make you feel like you need to do it asap, unless you really do. Also the front receptionist Suzy is fantastic! She is great at her job, and they always go above & beyond for their customers. This will continue to be my auto body shop until I no longer need them! Thanks to the whole team @ Brutus, y’all the real MVPs! 😃 PS- office is super clean, and offer coffee in the waiting room/office area. And they usually always have a full house- but the guys get the job done & they will get you in & take care of your needs as fast as possible!

The guys at Brutus have been servicing our work vehicles for a while now and have always done great work with a fast turnaround. No one is happy when they have to bring their car in for an emergency repair, but I am so happy I brought mine to Brutus. They were so accommodating, communicated with me through every step, repaired my vehicle at a great price, and didn't try to upsell other repairs. This was my first time bringing a vehicle here. My friend and co worker recommended I call them on my way to work in Manchester as my tire needed air desperately. They took me in right away, found the nail and plugged it. I just got home from my regular mechanic and felt compelled to write this review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME HERE!!!! I needed a new wheel bearing. It was an emergent issue and I had to find someone to do replace it asap. Brutus helped me previously with a lug nut issue I had, so I reached back out for this. When I brought the car for them to look at, they never gave me a call and explained the issues they found. They sent a text outlining everything they found and the exorbitant costs. I needed one new wheel bearing. They said I need a new wheel bearing, rotors, I believe brakes and my calipliers were completely rusted. I told them to only do the wheel bearing work and they charged me….. over $1,000!!!! If I would have said yes to all the work they said my car needed, it would have been $3k - $4k!!! Completely trying to take advantage!!! Today I just got back from MY shop, (Russell Auto on South Willow st.) for a different wheel bearing and they charged me just over $400.00!!! That confirmed to men just how badly I got raked over the coals. I know I’m going to be charged more at a shop that isn’t familiar with me but that was just robbery. And my calipers weren’t too rusty to function… Imagine that!!! THEN! When I went to pick up my car they c=gave me a key to someone else’s car!!! I was surprised to find my key in the car when I got in. What’s this key in my hand that they gave me at the desk?! It was an over priced circus and I HAD to get this review out so I can sleep well knowing I tried to warn my community about patronizing this clown show. UPDATE I've just read the businesses reply and I wish there would have been all these details and professionalism when I was a patron of your business! Maybe you need to review customer care with your employee's because as I said, I didn't even get a phone call to explain what work my car needed. I would describe that as a bare minimum for a mechanic. I commute to work and I am constantly in and out of the shop. I stay on top of my oil changes and all repairs. The items you're suggesting as "maintenance repairs" were not even mentioned by my mechanic. I'm sure you can imagine why I felt taken advantage of?? You think after an awful experience I should have reached out to the manager to complain? That's not how I work. My assessment of your business was very fair and after I confirmed yesterday that you charged me TRIPLE what my usual place would, I had to write this review!

Don't trust this auto shop. They don't know what they're doing. I brought my car in a very common Honda Accord for a valve cover leak repair. They said the VTEC solenoid needed to be replaced. I trusted them and let them replace it in addition to the valve cover gasket. After this my car did not run and would not idle and stalled out driving it out of the place when they said it was all set to be picked up. They spent the next two weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with it and did not correctly fix it. I ended up having to bring it to Honda directly. Honda was able to fix it in Concord in one day. All the additional diagnostic work with Brutus cost me over $800 and they still couldn't fix it, this $800 did not include the money I had to pay Honda to fix what Brutus had done. They then offered me a credit for that work. We brought my wife's Nissan versa in for something simple. We told them the AC wasn't working. It had already had a vacuum test done and been recharged with uv leak detector added and still didn't work previous to bringing to them. We also suspected it had an exhaust leak. They did another vacuum test refilled it again even though we had told them it had already been done and then they said it could not be verified whether the the AC system worked. They also said they could not fix the exhaust leak and we'd need to bring it to a different shop. They then said the charge would be $160 we picked up my wife's car and did not pay this. We had requested they call us before doing any work. They never called my wife. They sent me a text message even though it is not my car that the work was completed. They never got authorization to do the work after they inspected it. Do not trust these people do not work with them. They do not know what they're doing. Additional update. We brought my wife's car to exhaust shop to be repaired. They said the exhaust leak was not in the piping as Brutus had told us but was in the gasket and it was a simple gasket replacement and they were able to do it in under 2 hours. Once again Brutus was not able tocorrectly use the issue and it was a simple fix they could have done if they understood what they were doing.
