I took my car to the Hooksett location for an inspection and was told I needed new tires. After getting new tires, I took it to this location to get it reinspected because the Hooksett location did not have the availability I needed. This location told me I needed a bunch of work done and quoted me $2000. I told them it was really weird that their other location did not notice any of this, and they were acting strangely and telling me I could take it back to Hooksett and they’d have to give me a sticker. If there was actually something wrong with my car, I didn’t just want a sticker? So I decided to take my car elsewhere (to my fathers trusted mechanics) for a second opinion on the work that they said needed to be done. None of it was actually needed, and the whole experience left a really bad taste in my mouth that they were just trying to get money from me for work that didn’t actually need to be done. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for an inspection.

I have been coming here for years and trust no one else with my car anymore- they are awesome and always make sure everything is taken care of! I am comfortable coming in, and everyone also takes the time to explain what's going on, and I have previously been invited to go look under my vehicle on the lift while parts are shown to me for repairs needed. Even with emergencies when I have called for advice they are patient and helpful.

I had put off my inspection, because I didn't know who to trust. I looked at their reviews. The good ones outweighed the few negative ones, by far. I am very happy I gave them a chance!! They passed my inspection, which was a huge relief. I'm sure they could have come up with an enormous estimate for repairs. Instead, they were honest and up front with me. I am excited to use them for all of my services in the future!!

I have been taking my car here for the past 7 years for both inspections, and any autobody work that I need. I would highly recommend Extra Care. Between Justine and her efficient manner at the front desk, and Lenny and his knowledge of automobiles, while working on my car, and the pricing that they give you I completely trust them. I do not take my car anywhere else. I moved out of the area five years ago and I still travel almost 40 minutes to go to this autobody shop even for my yearly inspections, which are free from my dealership which is just 10 minutes down the road from me. If you want good work done at a good price at a place you can trust go to Extra Care.
