I was recommend to check out Pro-Image Automotive by a LONG time client and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I was provided with a loaner car while they worked on mine so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Not that I would have minded hanging around all day, the lobby/waiting area was pleasant and refreshments provided. I ended up needing my brakes done, a tire rotation and an oil change, all at a very reasonable price. Picked up my car and haven’t had a problem since. I 10/10 recommend and I will be going back for any future automotive requirements.

What a great group of people.. We have lived a mile down the road for past 2 years, today I walked in for the 1st time asking for help with a trailer. The woman at the desk had their mechanic come right out to the parking lot and he could not have been more helpful or engaging. I was gone within 10 minutes. They did not know me from Adam. It's great to know there are companies like this so close to home. They've earned our business!

We were on a road trip from Montreal to Boston, stopped for the night in Manchester. In the morning we woke up to what seems to be a tire with a low leak. Damn it. I was on my way to take my cruise later that day in Boston. So I saw the amazing reviews for this shop, decided to get there at 8:45AM. The guys took my car right away and fixed it in a couple of minutes. I was able to hit the road again and was able to come back to Montreal after! Can't be more pleased! They even took the time to look at all my other tires. Great job, great service, very nice staff! If I was living nearby, I would probably always go there! Oh and message to the tech who took care of me, you will enjoy your next cruise in Bermuda! ;)

Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Took my car here for an inspection and had to get some work done! They did not try to sell me anything I did not need and they were able to complete the work same day at a very reasonable price. The staff were incredibly friendly and they absolutely love dog! So, make sure you bring your pups with you! Again absolutely amazing service! I will definitely be recommending them!

I had them put on a new Boss Plow on a 1500 GMC. I Believe, Carl was the tech that installed the plow and did a fantastic job. He spent some time going over the job prior to install and made sure I knew exactly how it would go onto the truck. He spent extra time to notch out some of the bottom of the bumper to make it look perfect. Once installed, Carl went over the whole plow with me. Very knowledgeable and professional guy. I 100% recommended these guys. I’ve had other companies install and service my plows and none of them can compete with Pro Image. I’m very happy I was recommended to them by a friend.

Mike and the team run a great business. Fast and efficient, I used them to get a plow installed. Mike was very knowledgeable when briefing me on the products over the phone. Their turn around time for installation was even quicker than their estimate which is always a big plus. When I picked my truck back up the team inside was very friendly and easy to work with. Carl spent time with me to give me the rundown on the plow and walked me through everything I'd need to know to feel confident. I would highly recommend Pro Image Auto for not just plows but any service they offer!

I have my vehicle Looked at the ladies out front and the mechanic seem pleasant I must say The manager, I’m assuming 60s dark hair 5,8 About Extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive to the point of insulting he acted like you were stupid and he knew everything. Very poor people skills. I highly recommend do not deal with this guy. There is a way to communicate with customers. He had no respect. Did not know how to talk to people and was just plane rude . I would not send anyone there

5/5! Only place I have brought my last 2 cars for major work. This place is not only fair, they will take the time to explain to you what is wrong, the solution, and have always been honest with me. The owner and mechanics are brilliant guys who can figure out almost anything mechanically it seems. They even do rust repair for a reasonable price. Christine who runs reception is amazing and super helpful. They always try to get me a loaner when I'm in a bind-Love this shop.

I have been a customer of Pro Image for 30+ Years! That alone is a testament to the fine work they do and the care they provide each customer. Upon calling or walking in you are greeted by Christine. She takes all your worries away about THAT Rattle or that Check Engine Light. The info you provide helps the techs diagnose the issue, suggest a repair, and get you back on the road. Owner Mike has a tenured staff of certified highly trained techs. He is fair. He is a family man. I trust him with my vehicles and that is huge! Trust… Please stop throwing money at the dealership and trust Pro Image. Thank you again Mike, Christine, and team !!

Mike and his staff are very professional. I had my plow transferred to my new truck and it was worth the $2500. The plow guy was polite and walked me through what he did when the job was done and told me to call when I attached the plow if I needed help. Mike walked me through when I called back with a connection issue. He was polite and helpful and event did a FaceTime with me. I got the plow on and it's working great . I originally bought a the plow from them for my prior truck so this is repeat business for them. They treated me like I mattered and being a repeat customer they really value the business. They back up their service if you have any questions. They also worked with me to resolve an overheating issue because I plow with small trucks. Some nifty ideas if you don't have a super duty to keep the radiator from overheating. They are snowplow experts. These guys helped me solve my problem and I'm greatfull. Sincerely, Christina Paris
