I recently brought my Chevy 3/4 ton pickup truck in for service and my Suburban for inspection. Both experiences were fantastic! The team at Precision Auto Works was quick, efficient, and did a great job on both vehicles. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The team here is great. To no fault of their own we had some delays in our jeeps repair (back ordered parts, delays with shipping) Nate was super upfront and communicated everything with us. We were able to use their loaner car the entire time the jeep was out of commission which was an awesome service they offer. Pricing was fair and they were even willing to negotiate. Hopefully will not need anymore repairs, but if we do in the future we would absolutely return here for service.

No sure how it’s possible that this place has only 5 stars. They will rip you off and tell you things need to be fixing your vehicle even if they don’t need to be. The tried to tell my wife that my truck needed a new brake job all around. The brakes on my truck have 3k on the lol! The. The generated a laundry list of $4500 in needed repairs. Most they said were very urgent. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. Without saying what they said needed to be repaired. They came back with one thing. $400 is all I needed to spend. I don’t complain about anything but when you try to screw me out of $4500 then that’s a problem. Also $1075 to replace a plow motor is insane.

We brought our Jeep with steering issues to Precision and this was pretty much the best service we have ever had. The staff was communicative and texted when there were questions. They also took it quickly and repaired it in one day. Previously we went to a dealer who had us wait to get it in and then took weeks for repair. I'm so appreciative we have found this shop. You won't be disappointed. And I love that they tier what is wrong into "must do" vs suggested. Highly recommended.

Took my Jeep in for a check engine light. These guys were awesome. I waited while they diagnosed, and was welcome to complimentary snacks and beverages, they even have a phone charging station for guests. They came back with a list of extensive work to be done. Nathan worked tirelessly with my warranty company, and was able to get so many things covered. He also gave me a very nice, practically brand new loaner car to use free of charge while they completed the work over the course of a week. I picked my car up on a Friday evening. Monday morning that damn light was back. I called and they said bring it right down. Diagnosed again, and came back an entirely different issue, so they would not have been responsible. However, Marc asked if I could give them 1 hour, and they would fix the issue. They got the part delivered within minutes, and had me back into a safe vehicle for my kiddos within that hour! To top it off, they fixed this issue completely free of charge under a goodwill warranty!! These guys really care about their customers, and want people to feel safe after they complete their work. I am extremely impressed, and will be back with all of my auto repair needs. Huge shout out to Nathan and Marc for their helpfulness, generosity, and overall care. These guys are doing it right!

I highly recommend this shop. I had some serious technical issues with my Ford Raptor that required weeks of research on my end. I took my truck to multiple other shops, and none of them were able to properly diagnose or understand what needed to be done. It was extremely frustrating. Service advisor Nathan Boyd and technician Dominick Billings were outstanding. They knew exactly what to do, were confident in their approach, and demonstrated real technical knowledge. It was clear they understood the vehicle and the proper procedures, which gave me a lot of confidence. They were honest, professional, and took the time to do things the right way. That level of expertise and integrity is hard to find. I would 100% trust them with my vehicle and would feel completely comfortable sending my family members there, knowing they would be treated fairly and properly.
