The owner really knows his stuff. He's doing my exhaust for me tomorrow. I talked to him for about an hour about my back pressure issue. I have a Vortec 4.8L. another shop put a flowmaster 10 dual in/dual out, didn't touch anything before the Y pipe an I lost any 90% of the power I had. D&P put a set of true duals with flowmaster 40 originals on and I couldn't be happier

Had used transmission put in and brought back twice after that at 500+ my lost days pay twice. 2nd. Time replaced. Last time there for inspection told me needed muffler replaced set up app. After work next day 160 on my way to app. Stoped at auto part store for the heck of it to price all new 100 dollars i did it 30 min. Took to him for inspection and yelled at me like was his kid or a employee. Seriously lacks customer appreciation

Fantastic place to keep your car on the road. They always explain all the repairs, and the prices don't feel like a wallet flush like those chain shops provide. I have 230K miles on my 2006 Prius and I have been taking it to D&P for a few years now. Call them today they will surly help you out!!

This shop is very honest which is a rare find. My car was diagnosed from another shop with leaking flex pipes but they wanted way too much money. D&P gave me a good quote so I brought it there. They ended up not replacing either of them as they found it was leaking just before the flex pipes and repaired the exhaust pipe. Saved me a bunch of money A+++

My family have been going to Al for years. He is an absolute wizard when it comes to older cars. I had a 1993 Mercedes 190e that was destined for the scrapyard when it was given to me as a first car from my grandparents. It was a deathtrap when we first got it, but Al breathed new life into it. Every time I left his shop, it felt like I was driving a new car. I don't know what kind of magic he was working, but I have always been absolutely blown away by what he has been able to do. Pricing is honest and fair. I have taken every car I have ever purchased to him to give me an honest evaluation that I can trust. I would (and frequently do) recommend D & P to everyone that owns a vehicle. Even if I had to drive an hour both ways through a blizzard, I would go to Al every single time.

Took me about a year and a half to write this review. I used to be a very loyal, happy customer and would have recommended this place to anyone, until I had D and P replace my rear brakes so I could pass inspection. Within 24 hours of having my car back, my rear brakes locked and my car was immobile. The technician had failed to replace the bolt that holds the caliper together, and when I brought this to their attention, I was told, due to my “young age” that their mistake was not notable and “we are only human”; except this “mistake” could have costed me my life had I been in a different situation when my brakes failed. I was extremely disappointed to hear back from the receptionist in this manor, as I am in customer service myself and KNOW this was a highly inappropriate response. My age does not have any importance to the neglect from your technician. I was also disappointed to hear that instead of any compensation for my inconvenience, they offered me a free oil change, which would be great if I trusted the quality of care anymore! In short, they had neglected to complete the full job of replacing my rear brakes, charged me the full amount, and made it seem like it was my fault for letting them know they made a mistake.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I can't say enough how lucky I am to have found a place where I can bring my car and not worry if I am going to be screwed over. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to make sure I understand what is going on and answer my many questions. The cost for repairs is below what I have paid in the past at different mechanics. I could go on and on. Everyone here is honest and takes great care of their customers and their vehicles.
