There is one problem if you use Dave's to keep vehicles running: you'll drive the vehicle forever! Great spot to get your fix. Make sure you give extra time for big jobs, Covid is running places like this ragged.

I have to say that I was a little apprehensive about the price and looked into it and they were a little higher than some other places ,but everything was done with quality and professional services and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicles. Was referred here by an insurance adjuster who denied a claim to r&r my broken AC condenser on my '18 150 and im so glad I went. Apprehensive only with location but they took me as soon as I was prepared and finished it within the day. Very friendly and considerate with my situation. They even used genuine Motorcraft replacement which was a great surprise, and they are capable of charging the new type of refrigerant. Not to mention their quote was literally half of what the dealer was trying to gouge me of. Will be back for services I can't handle myself and highly recommend.

Booked an oil change and inspection a week in advance for thursday morning. They didn't call me until 6 pm. I show up the following day to pick up my car, they didn't even do the oil change. Now I'm sitting here waiting interfering with my work schedule because they didn't do the work that was already requested.

We were very appreciative that they were able to get us in on such short notice in a crisis situation. However, after that, the treatment we received was unlike anything I had experienced. They were rude, they lied, placed blame on us for a situation that was not our fault and made us feel. We were very happy to finally get the car towed from their lot to go to a different mechanic. Again, very grateful that they took us in when we were in crisis, but are very unhappy with the service after that. I would not recommend.

I've gone to this body shop for years - at least 20! Phyllis and Dave are good, honest, hard working people. They've gotten me in when I was in a crunch even though they were already pretty booked up (drive by their shop, you'll see that they have TONS of customers bringing their cars there- there's a reason for this!) Especially as a woman, it is not always easy trusting body shops because so many try to take advantage and tell us we need things when we really don't. I can rest assured that if Dave's is telling me I need something fixed/replaced, it's the truth!
