Went in for an inspection for an inspection. Given my cars age and miles, as well as it being the last year for inspection, I thought they would come back with a big list of non existent issues to try to milk money out of inspections the last year they can. All they said was my tint wasn't legal (which it wasn't since I moved from out of state) but everything else was good. I wasn't even pressed to get tint removed there and they told me how to do it myself to avoid paying to have someone do it for me. Overall super happy with my service here would definitely come back for any auto repair

I had a really good coupon for a synthetic oil change, they rotated my tires at no charge, and I also had them flush and refill my radiator with antifreeze. I waited for the service because I had made an appointment and I was there about an hour and a half. The people there are very nice.

Always had a good experience here before, but seeing they are charging $75 for a half hour of labor to replace a headlight bulb when I got my itemized receipt left a bad taste in my mouth. The prevailing labor rate for body work in the area is half that, let alone something like this. I’d stick with Firestone nearby for basic maintenance.

I JUST SPOKE TO THE SHOP AND THEY WONT GIVE ME BACK MY $40. TELLING ME THEY PAID THE STATE WHEN IT WAS CANCELED, SO THEY KEPT THE MONEY. THANKU SO AMAZON SERVICE There was no communication.I waited far too long because their computers were not working properly.And they did not let me know that. And within ten hours of receiving my sticker, I then was told I didn't need my sticker anymore because the state of new hampshire does not require it. So I wasted forty dollars and I should get the money back.

Person at the front desk was great. Oil change and rotation quick and easy. Nice price with coupon. They gave me a quote for an issue I’ve known about for years. I’ve asked lots of mechanics about, had it worked on, still an issue, but not a safety problem. I didn’t ask questions about the issue or their quote, but also didn’t feel they were pushy about it.
