Once again I tried Jiffy Libe and thought I was happy (except with the up sale of filters) only to find that a day after my service I am leaking oil. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Had to bring it back to get it fixed - we will see if it actually gets fixed.

Gerardo is an excellent General Manager. My husband and I know he will make an excellent Regional Manager or CEO. He is efficient, is a great communicator, great listener, provides fast and courteous service and the most important virtue he has is his honesty and integrity. He deserves a raise in pay, a recognition award from Jiffy Lube and additional education to climb up the ladder and develop his skills even more. Came in for an oil change and needed front brakes (known issue) so had them do it. Driving on a big trip Monday so hopefully oil and brakes do their thing. I've typically avoided fast lube service centers in general as a rule. This center gave great customer service. Fast and professional. My experience at Jiffy Lube on Hwy 111 in La Quinta, California was outstanding. I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil and filter change, but I suspected that it would also be time to change the cabin filter and replace my windshield wiper blades. I had no idea that it was an option to sit in my car while it was being serviced, and I decided to try it out! I watched while Anthony headed up the team that did a thorough inspection of my car’s needs, explaining to me step-by-step, and asking permission, but not pressuring me before checking the next item. I saw the team do a very professional job of checking all the fluids in my car. I got to see as they accessed my air filter and my cabin air filter, and I could see that indeed they were very much in need of replacement. At each step, I was given an estimate of the price. They also threw in an extra quart of coolant for me. Throughout the process, the team was very professional and focused on doing a good job. Anthony was super respectful and communicated very effectively, and it was all taken care of quickly! I was really impressed with this team and I recommend this location of Jiffy Lube!

I drive ride share, and they've done some major fixes quickly to get me back in the road quickly to start earning again. Jesse is awesome with customer service. On Nov 19 my oil change was done at an Indio independent shop at a bargain price. I’ve noticed oil on my garage floor and said, I need to find a professional! Brought my car into Jiffy Lube, La Quinta today. Video showed a leak and a mess, oil everywhere. I was treated professionally and provide all the evidence to make an informed decision about my much needed service. I was in and out in a jiffy. I can now drive confidently knowing the service from Anthony and Jesse today was exceptional. I highly recommend this business.
