They tried to convince me to spend 1000s of dollars on things that weren't really needed, but I had a mechanic friend confirm for me that it wasn't needed. Also, they forgot to put the air filter in and left the screws loose, so I've been driving around with the air filter sitting on top of the unit for months. They also tried to charge me for services they didn't actually give me, and I had to point them out on the bill and have them removed. All in all, not good. :(

I came into this location in July of 2025, because it was the nearest location to what was going on with my car… In the employee of my work I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator pedal while in park (I drive a Kia Soul and we all know that this vehicle is. It for revving the engine) and several minutes there was brown smoke coming out of my exhaust so I proceeded to drive to this location to see what it could be, they had no idea of what it was…they guessed that it could’ve been gas that got into the exhaust but had subsided, anyway as they couldn’t find anything wrong with it or actual cause they did find other things that I didn’t even come in for their manager named Jay came up with $2100 worth of other things such as brake pads, rotors and two back tires, and the next day ended up needing calibers… In which could’ve been a bad ending because my brakes went out because of the calibers which were not mentioned/addressed the day before (I was given some lame excuse as to why EVERYTHING else was checked, but not the calibers and I was told that there was no way to tell…, anyway yesterday evening October 2025 I got a screw latched into the back rear of one of the new tires, and Jeremy told me to come in the next day and that they will have the tire specialist available, which I did and everyone was very pleasant to work with and Prince was the one who told me that my tire was fixed that they patched it up and it was good until the life of the tire (wears down bald). Now back to the former Manager named Jay, he gave excellent service and was a great salesman to the company..from what he told me it was his third or fourth location with Jiffy Lube and that he was burnt out and just needed a new career change, I hope that he made the right decision in leaving because Jiffy lube has lost a hard worker and great salesperson..again everyone at this location is very pleasant. I would’ve given it five stars but seeing how the caliber situation went unnoticed until my brakes went out the next day, I would’ve given it five stars.

I had been there before and it used to be a great spot but they’ve changed and they’re pushy try to sell you stuff you don’t need and they don’t ask before they put things in your car then try to charge you something you didn’t even know about, no receipt given. Just different experience than what I’ve had in the past

Jiffy Lube – Dishonest, Pushy, and a Complete Disappointment I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Jiffy Lube, and it’s made me seriously question whether this company values honesty or is simply pushing sales at any cost. I went in to have my back passenger-side tire checked for a possible leak. Simple, right? Unfortunately, it was anything but. Upon arrival, I was told to go inside and speak with an assistant manager. While waiting, I couldn’t help but overhear a concerning conversation between two employees. One expressed feeling pressured to sell a battery to a customer who didn’t need it. I was relieved to hear the other employee encourage him not to do it, saying it wasn’t the right thing to do. However, the fact that this situation was even happening was a huge red flag. It made me wonder—how often are unnecessary products being pushed onto unsuspecting customers? When the assistant manager, a middle-aged Indian gentleman (I believe his name was Jay), finally spoke with me, he seemed disinterested and disengaged, avoiding eye contact and immediately trying to sell me a tire. He claimed that the tire tread was low and that’s what was causing the leak. This seemed odd, considering the tire was practically new. When I pushed back and asked him to show me the issue, he led me to the wrong tire—on the driver’s side. He confidently pointed out that it needed replacing. When I corrected him, his demeanor immediately shifted to frustration, like a child caught in a lie. With several employees gathering around, he quickly walked to the correct tire but didn’t even bother inspecting it before trying to upsell me on replacing both rear tires. It was clear at this point that his goal was not to solve my issue—it was to sell me something, anything. When I told him I would take my business elsewhere, he didn’t seem to care. Instead, he pivoted and tried to sell me an oil change, despite the fact that I still had 3,000 miles to go before my next service, according to the Jiffy Lube sticker on my windshield. The whole interaction felt like a desperate attempt to hit a sales quota, not help a customer. When I got back to my car, a kind employee walked by and apologized for what he had just witnessed. When I asked if this kind of behavior was common, he simply apologized again without answering—which spoke volumes. This experience left me deeply concerned: • Is this the standard at Jiffy Lube now—pushing unnecessary services and lying to customers? • What would’ve happened if my wife or another less-informed person had brought the car in? Would they have been taken advantage of? • How many other customers are being tricked into paying for products and services they don’t actually need? My family has been loyal to Jiffy Lube for years, trusting them with all our vehicles. After this experience, that trust is gone. I feel like I narrowly avoided being scammed. I can’t, in good conscience, continue giving my business to a place that seems more focused on padding their bottom line than actually helping customers. If honesty and integrity still mean anything to Jiffy Lube, they need to address this issue immediately. Otherwise, I’ll be taking my business—and my family’s business—elsewhere. And will also make sure to encourage others to think twice.

The team could not be more attentive. They asked what I wanted and I told them. They over viewed my car and explained in detail what I needed to have done. I looked at those problems and agreed it needed to be done for my safety. They should me the price and I said go ahead. The price was very reasonable. Very professional and respectful group of individuals. The location is perfect for me as I was able to go to Home Depot while I waited for my car to be serviced. They explained everything to ensure I knew what I was paying for at the end of the service and even showed me the filters and explained why it was time to change (can’t recall the last time I saw a filter from my vehicle). I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location 3 times over the last few months, and every visit has been consistently great. Jeremy, the manager, and his team are incredibly kind, honest, and accommodating. My first visit was for an oil change, and they took the time to let me know about other maintenance my car needed without being pushy. They clearly explained what was a priority and what could wait, which I really appreciated. I eventually returned to replace my front brake pads and rotors, and today I came back for to replace one of my brake lights. They didn’t have the bulb in stock, but Jeremy personally went to pick one up so I wouldn’t have to wait. Service has always been quick, and on the occasions when they suggested dropping my car off instead of waiting, it was ready exactly within the timeframe they promised. The convenience of not needing a dealership appointment plus the honesty and professionalism here make all the difference. Highly recommend this location, thank you Jeremy and team!

🚗🛠️🛢️ I almost always service my own vehicles at the dealership where they were purchased, but when helping out a guest’s car, Jiffy Lube is definitely a great alternative. The experience felt efficient, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. They do suggest add-on services, but the recommendations come from a place of real expertise and are reasonably priced — never pushy. Tommie was especially helpful, guiding the process with friendliness and knowledge, which really tied the whole visit together. It also helps that they regularly send out coupons, making the service even more cost-effective. A solid, convenient option when you need quick service done right.
