Normally it's a quick, pleasant, and easy experience to get oil changed here. Today that was not the case. There were 2 in the bays and 1 waiting when I got there. I waited over 30 minutes for anyone to even get the information from my car to have it serviced. It took another 30 minutes to be done. I was told things were "busy" but 1 of the two cars in the bays was being serviced and the other was just sitting there. I saw people just standing around and talking. Afterwards, nothing was debriefed and I had to look at the receipt to get an idea of what they looked at and what levels were at. Every time I go, it gets more expensive, even with coupons. I used a coupon today and it made the price comparable to what I paid 3-4 years ago.

I didn’t have any problems until I seen the price for a basic air filter. Nothing special and it’s a Mighty part number and my guess would be about a 250% mark up? I’ve been getting my services from these guys for YEARS. I have never felt like I got shafted until today.

I went to jiffy lube in castle rock. This store is nothing short of a scam. Me and my boyfriend went in to get an oil change out of town, when they told us the last person who did an oil change over-torched it. They were not specific on what they over-torched it too. They said that we needed to change our whole oil pan because of it. So we ended up spending 700 dollars for a service they screwed up, because they blamed it on another auto shop. We need our money back.

In and out within 15 minutes for oil and filter. They checked other fluids and said they did not need service at this time. Air filter did not need to be changed either. (A lot of places would have said they all need to be replaced immediately $$) Courteous and professional service. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Randy, the General Manager, was prompt and helpful. I was informed about the full scope of service, had my choice in the oil type that conformed to my vehicle, and was provided very quick turnaround service. The complimentary windshield refill service was unavailable on this day, due to a part failure. I will take my vehicle to this Clifton location again in the future.

The Store Manager was very professional and experienced. He explained my vehicle needs and future needs for planning. I had over 200.00 more done to my vehicle than the simple oil change and appreciate him letting me know education and visual aids to make my decision. I am glad my car is well tuned. He provided so much better service than the Ford dealership.

I took my vehicle to get an oil change just less than a week ago, I had to go back to talk to the manager without the vehicle to let him him know that it was leaking a lot of oil, he said to bring it by and they would look at it. I did say that my son would bring it by, unfortunately my son was not very happy to drop it off and there was some miscommunication, he did tell the tech that the vehicle was leaking oil and that the oil was changed recently, she took as the truck needed an oil change and showed my son the oil prices, my son said whatever. Also , she said she needed to check the mileage, this would have been a huge clue on her part to see the information and notice that the oil had been changed just a few days before. Since she had no clue and lied through her teeth to her manager I had to pay for two oil changes for their incompetence and obviously they can't even change the oil correctly. I gave them a great review the first time, what a huge mistake. I will NEVER USE JIFFY LUBE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. BE AWARE.

Jesse and the whole crew were exceptional. I got an oil change in Henderson, NV and the tech did not reset the oil change light. I drove from Henderson,NV to Denver and on my way home 2 days later I was getting Oil Change required warnings 500 miles from home. I stopped the Grand Junction location and they took care of everything and topped off all fluids and corrected the issue. Top notch service and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 star plus service
