I've been going to John Fitch Jiffy Lube for 10 years or so...I've never had a bad experience. Good customer service. They will always give you feedback on what services might be due but are never the least bit pushy about it and I don't ever feel like I'me being taken advantage of. Like if they pull the air filter and it looks okay, they'll say "it looks okay, you can get by another cycle or two"...which builds up trust.

Rafael G. & Stephen R. were GREAT!!! Their customer service was phenomenal. I went in for an oil change. They took the time to go over their recommendations in a friendly profesional manner on the services my vehicle would need soon. I did not feel pressured into having to buy other services. They understood what was in my budget and just gave me a friendly invitation to stop back in at anytime for the recommended services. I definitely will be back to the jiffy lube John fitch highway location!! Keep up the great work !!!!

I came here 2 months ago when I was having an issue with my battery. I purchased a battery, but do to the vehicle I have...no one anywhere could assist. I dropped here on a whim, and Jenn was able to get everything taken care of for me. She went above and beyond to help me even knowing the battery was purchased elsewhere. Fast forward to when I needed an oil change...and I chose to go there yesterday. I was highly impressed. Jenn’s customer service is incredible! She was friendly, continued conversation and explained each step she was doing and why. I felt she was extremely knowledgeable and cared about what she does. The service was excellent and I actually felt welcomed and comfortable there.

I want to say thank you to Rafael. He is always willing to answer our questions and he has helped us on several occasions. He is professional and pleasant and well experienced in his position. We were traveling to Worcester later that day and when I told him that he said, “I’ll get you all set!!” And I honestly felt safe at that moment. I have always trusted his judgment and advice. Came here for an oil change, the team here was incredibly nice and I didn’t feel like they were pushy at all with any unnecessary add ons! They were happy to express how great everything looked in my car, had helpful suggestions for start up issues I had recently started having, and gave me some maintenance options they had that they could try out if I would like, which I took them up on since I had a road trip. They were super fast too! Great team, thanks guys! I will definitely come back.

I put too much oil in my car and thankfully Jiffy Lube Fitchburg was open. The guys there were great and had to remove a few quarts. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely be going back there for an oil change.
