So happy I went here. Super fast and efficient service. The kid that was working was really nice and professional. I went on a Saturday morning about 30 min after opening and was driving away just a few minutes after 9am. There was a car finishing up ahead of me too. The line behind me formed quick so I would bear that in mind but I’ll def be getting my oil changed here on the regs now - thanks again! 🙂

If you’re looking to get an oil change and have it done by the right people this is a great location. I truly was thankful for Janilson and his willingness to accept me so close to closing time. I have been to other locations and by 6 they are turning you away at the door. Truly thankful to Janilson and his commitment to providing EXCELLENT customer service and a true 5 STAR EXPERIENCE !! He is a reminder of why I chose Jiffy Lube to begin with.As a first time customer I would choose this location again and definitely recommend it to a friend.

Nice people. Their suggestions on changing the air filters were spot on, and they weren’t pushy about anything. They were careful to ask my okay on topping off the coolant, since universal coolant isn’t always the best choice for many cars. They even noticed the last place that serviced my car either lost the brake reservoir cap or didn’t notice or bother to mention to me that it was missing. They did a great job!

The guys are the shop were super nice and my car was serviced quickly upon arrival. Unfortunately, despite the system clearly having my last oil change on record, they were telling me I got the more expensive oil (100% synthetic) last time I was there. Thankfully, that got remedied. The bigger issue is that my tire pressure clearly wasn’t checked and my tires were not serviced despite the receipt indicating “F36 and R36” (both wrong numbers). I ended up getting the tires filled correctly as a station up the street when I noticed it. This doesn’t have me filled with confidence that anything else was done correctly and, that, is the most concerning part of all of it. I will not be returning.

Always provide great service at this location and everyone is always very friendly. My car had an issue with the hood not opening and 4 different guys came out to try and help pop the hood open. Once they did they were able to fix the issue while also doing the usual oil change so I did not have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I have gone there for years. Each time, there are new and inexperienced workers. I went today and found the striped my scew in my oil pan. They would not tell me who the district manager was, and to top it off, the workers were rude. Tell me they could not give me a name and number to their district manager. They said go somewhere else. Because they could not help me, they were very aggressive towards me. They said get out of our bay, and they have no customer service skills. Now I have to pay more to fix the striped scew in my oil tank and pay for it because they would not fix what they did. Don't go to this place if you don't want the same to happen to your car. Never again.

I came to jiffy lube on Wednesday September 3rd i was the first one there at 8 am..I drive a 4 cylinder mitshibisi .I was told that he had to check to see if he had enough full synthetic oil to do my oil change and that they were waiting on a delivery. He told me he did have enough. After the oil change I brought my car to a mechanic the next day to check on the oil change that was done. The mechanic pulled the oil stick and showed me that their was two quarts or less in my car. I'm going back to jiffy lube not for more oil but for a full refund.after being deceived I wouldn't let them touch my car ever again.no wonder that man never looked me in my eye has he was taking my money. I have been a customer since 2010 and I'll never go to a jiffy lube again. Don't go there they will lie and cheat to get your money

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Was told my GM (MICHAEL DUNBAR) everything was good and oil was changed and everything was topped off. Went home and parked my car and didn’t thing of anything of it. The next day I started my car and got on the highway it started smoking and large amounts of white smoke was coming from the tailpipe upon acceleration. I pulled over and checked my dipstick and was baffled when I saw that the oil level was past the high level notch and almost at the top of the dipstick. Took it to the nearest jiffy lube (Hyannis) and had them drain the excess oil. I was horrified when they drained almost 4 quarts of oil. DOUBLE what it should have been. (Photo below was the excess)

NO STARS DESERVED DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY WORK!! I came in for an oil change & left within 4 mins car broke down. They left the old gas gasket from past filter they replaced still on with the new one making my engine lock up HORRIBLE!! Do not go here unless you want to chance it and Derek the general manager is the worse no communication no customer service. The most messed up part is too that they want to pay only for half of work it will cost me HA

Best thing about this place was the friendly service. Unfortunately, it seemed like they missed screwing in the underbody panel correctly which ended up coming undone while on the Pike which could have been a real disaster if it broke off. They also didn’t have the device to reset the oil change reminder.

Came in on a tues. morn., took me in quickly, no line, and did oil change, trans, flush and coolant flush in 1/2 hour, inflated tires, checked my maf. filter, cleared all other potential problems for under $500. I LOVE THESE GUYS

I went in for a simple oil change and had a really disappointing experience. The man who helped me (I believe he was the general manager) was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the start. On top of that, he actually tried to get me to help with the service, which was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I don’t recommend coming here — it’s worth driving further into Boston to get better service elsewhere. I live in the community and have already been telling people about this experience, and I’ve also heard several similar stories from others. Honestly, it makes sense why the parking lot is usually empty.

Kendall, Joshua, Janilson, Joseph and Marquic were all very courteous, welcoming and professional. They certainly made a great first impression on me. I've been a Valvoline customer for years, but decided to try Jiffy Lube today since it's much closer to where I live. The Jiffy Lube team was able to take me as a walk in customer 1.5 hours before closing time. They worked VERY efficiently. I was honestly surprised at how fast my oil was completed. When it was time to cash out, the total price ended up being more than Valvoline would charge, so Assistant Manager Janilson went the extra mile to offer a $15 off coupon. This brought the price down to $2 less than what Valvoline's price. Again, I can't say enough about the crew at the Morrissey Blvd Jiffy Lube. Check them out next time you need an oil change. Tell them Jonathan with the BMW X5 sent you! BTW, my car is riding noticeably smoother since getting the oil change!
