Was fine I guess. Have been to this location multiple times and never had an issue, usually out in 45 min or less. Not sure what was happening. This time I was there for only an oil change and it took (I kid you not) nearly 1.5 hours. I arrived at 2pm and left around 3:20pm. Two people who arrived after me were called up to pay and checked out before me. Was not a great experience. Not sure if people were training or something (which I’m totally cool with), but there could’ve at least been an acknowledgement of that, or someone(s) could have checked in and told me what was happening. Not a great look for a business that has “15 min oil change” signs everywhere.

They didn’t put air in my tires like I asked. I’m hoping they did the other services. Would’ve been nice to let me know that my car was finished and not keep me waiting.

I used Jiffy Lube in Goleta to perform an oil change. Appointments are unnecessary. The whole process took about a half hour. There are four service bays and I chose a line and remained in the car and a service technician took my information. They were careful to protect the interior of the car and sterilized the steering wheel and interior. After they completed the work they gave me a detailed report on the work they did and gave recommendations on other items that might need attention. The staff was friendly and professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Apparently they do perform others automotive services but I only got an oil change. Super convenient for a quick oil change.

I got a smog check and oil change from Jiffy Lube. Everyone was very friendly and the service was fast! I went down the street to the local coffee shop and didn't even finish my tea when they called and said my car was ready for pick up. Will definitely return in the future!

my employees took our cars in and the attendant automatically chose the most expensive oil to put in for an oil change, and we ended up overpaying by more than $60! make sure to ask for conventional oil if your on a budget. the conventional oil change price is very fair, we just weren’t informed there was a choice.

Great service! The employee of the month helped me out in and out. Big smile… all comfortable in the presence of my truck. The crew did everything by the book. The people were nice and the job appears to have been done correctly. The only challenge was the amount of time it took. To manage your customers expectations I would suggest that you inform them of an approximate time for completion ahead of time, not after the fact telling them how busy you are. I was there for what seemed like 45 minutes and then I later read the 15 minute sign on the door. Waiting area had less than 5 people at any one time. Maybe consider changing your name from Jiffy Lube to something that means slower than “jiffy”. Thank you Armando

The 5,000 mile recommended oil change went smooth and efficient. I always bring in this vehicle in before the recommended oil change service. Today I came in to hope that the service bay supply had an oil filter for my car. Last week I was told that the oil change would take about an hour. An hour? The service technician that informed me that the service bay would have to vacuum the oil from the top that gravity fed drain? I knew that it was because they would have to go out and have a delivery to them is why. Why couldn’t she have told me this? Overall, I will continue to come back for oil changes, just tell me the real reason and not make this up!

They took the cabin filter out and left a bunch of rat droppings on my dashboard, seat, and floor on passenger side. I asked for them to clean it and the kid took a rag and just wiped stuff around and walked away. Not cool. Also wanted synthetic blend but service writer claimed they only had full synthetic in 5/30 @ ~ $160 total ripoff.

I have not used Jiffy Lube for years and just had a great experience. From the moment I turned in the driveway, I was greeted by smiles. A nice gent named Ryan quickly filled out my info on a tablet computer and pointed out the waiting area. Because I am an eccentric old man, I chose to walk the neighborhood picking up trash (my new favorite hobby.) In a very short time, I got some texts pointing out a few things that the car needs. They even included photos as evidence of my obscenely dirty air filters. I chose to replace those on my own, but they didn't apply any pressure on me. The whole crew was polite and friendly. I was pleasantly astonished that my bill was less than 100 bucks. This Goleta store is another example of why I love Old Town Goleta. If you have been avoiding the area during these construction years, I urge you to get back down there. I'm sure the businesses will be glad to see you. Thanks to Ryan and his colleagues, I'll be sure to return to Jiffy Lube. If you are the store owner, I hope you know that you have a great crew and that you are treating them well. Thank you.
