Rico and his crew did a fantastic job on helping me with my tires. I had some nails in there. One of them were flat they checked it out sprayed them down looked over the entire thing made sure everything was good even remove the tire off for me just to double check on top of everything. I appreciate them very much. They did a fantastic job. They also covered me with an oil change full service and was pretty speedy. I had to work

The staff was great... super friendly and knowledgeable!!! The building was clean and the service was quick! The only complaint i have is that all the "amenities" were out of order. I was hoping to get a cup off coffee and my kids a little popcorn while we were waiting but everything was disabled/out of order.

This was the best service I have ever received getting an oil change. Quinn was awesome and got me a better coupon than the one I had. No one has ever done that for me. He also called the windshield replacement service to get me a quote on my cracked windshield. I was on the phone with my insurance and found out it would be cheaper to pay out of pocket. Quinn was not aggressive about adding services and was understanding of the economy nowadays.

I think it's ridiculous to have to wait 1hr & 20 min for a oil filter that wasn't in stock. New policy is that an employee can't leave to get it. You have to wait for a Door dasher to accept the request, pick it up & finally decided to deliver it. Stupid practice

I give you three stars because the employees are really awesome and they're really polite and I think they're quite professional. However, the company is extremely unethical. 25 minutes for an oil change and you charge over $140. Aren't I paying for the shop supplies in the fee for the oil change? You guys are just looking to nickel and Dime anything you can. I call them cheapskate fees so thanks for your cheapskate fees. Cheapskates

As a female, I have been tried to be taken advantage of previously at another company when just getting an oil change. I appreciate that did NOT happen here. Everything that was recommended was shown why (and evidence backed recommendation) or previously recommended by the dealership. Everyone was polite and professional.
