Ariel and team were a tremendous help this morning. Went in for an oil change, engine light, and DEQ. Ariel specifically went out of her way with everything and even caught a dead break light that was overlooked during the drive in inspection. With having over a decade of upper management experience myself, her care and intentionality really stood out to me. Making this my home Jiffy b/c of her abundance of professionalism and care.

I have been to two different jiffy lubes to get my oil changed, the first one was great, they did what I asked and didn't do anything else (a man came with me). The most recent one I went to by myself (I am a girl) asked me every possible question and was inside my car grabbing my cabin air filter (without asking). I told them I was just there to get my oil changed. I had to tell them multiple times that I wanted conventional oil instead of synthetic. They kept trying to talk me into paying more for less than good work. They wanted to clean ONE of my headlights for 30 dollars. A man explained what a dunk test is for a tire even after I told him I knew what it was. At the end of the service they didn't print my receipt out for me even after I asked and said it was sent to my email. I still haven't received my email. I complained at the end of the service that they only act this way when I am alone/without a man in my car and it honestly comes off as sexist. The worker said that his manager told him to be more consistent with what questions he asked and didn't apologize. Overall the service got done I guess but i was charged for things I asked them not to do for me. They didn't listen to me and I felt overwhelmed trying to stand up for myself.

The person that was servicing my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. The jiffy lube I went to was on Cornelius Pass Road. He explained things that I understood. I stopped to get the fluids checked and refill if needed. I usually go to the jiffy lube on 82nd next to my house. Where they are not as friendly and always saying you need this you need that. Here for almost 5 years they were saying that the tranny fluids was ok. Well come to find out when I went to another jiffy lube they said they were unable to check the tranny fluids because it needed a special dip stick. So I went and paid $45 for one and I keep it in my car. I don't think/know if they have really used it because they have me sit inside

Was overcharged at this store Got a full synthetic oil change which went fine Was told verbally $30 for wiper blades and confirmed that when I said it back to them Of course when I check the email receipt I was charged an extra $9.98 $30 does not equal $39.98 Make sure you get a paper receipt on site. Edit: no response after emailing dropping this to 1 star for bait and switch

I had my check oil light come on during a trip in seattle, drove back down and got this handled on Sunday morning and the crew were fantastic, swift and efficient. I just got my oil changed at the time, but the gentlemen there was nice enough to provide me with a list of a couple other items I should probably handle sooner than later. No pushy sales tactics and great advice as always at this location.

I understand oil changes are a routine part of life, but this team didn’t treat me like a routine. From the person I communicated with to the trainee and instructor - they made this “chore” feel much easier and relaxed. They were professional, informative, and quick. Would recommend going here if you ever felt the ick at other shops where people don’t even look at you as they go through their checklists.

Fantastic place! they're super courteous held the door for me and they do electric cars I brought my 2023 Nissan leaf S in for a reduction fluid exchange they were done almost as soon as I got there couldn't even finish my coffee and guys the coffee's on them completely free great teamwork I appreciate you for you're service completely worth it... Went back for a tire rotation and was gone in ten minutes

She tested my battery during a recent oil change and alerted me to the the possibility of a parasitic drain stemming from my battery so after Investigating, I found the culprit, a simple button left on and now the issue with a faulty start is solved as well as potential future issues with a surprise dead battery one morning. My husband and I called Jiffy Lube on 10th first and received a quote on replacing the cabin air filter on our ford fusion. He drove way out there only to find out that none of the employees there wanted to change it because of where the filter is located. They lied and said they didn't have the tools but my husband heard them go back and forth saying they didn't want to do it. They told him to go to the jiffy lube on Imbrie. My husband was helped by WONDERFUL STRONG WOMAN AIREL!!! He said she helped him with a coupon which made it affordable for us and on top of that she had it done in like 10 minutes. I guess 10th employees don't like to do work. Thank you Airel so much. You are a blessing!

The team here is amazing. I always went to Valvoline in the past, not sure why, convenience maybe? I just assumed oil changes were slow. Decided to switch it up and go to Jiffy Lube and wow, the difference in service and efficiency was huge. They communicated the whole way through, were transparent about cost, gave me all the options for additions without me feeling like they were pushing services, and were super thorough. I’m not a car person and my brain will shut down even if you ask me to turn my high beams on. Despite this I never felt taken advantage of or talked down to. Thank you guys!!
