I go here for my oil change and been going for years. Always in and out and that’s what I want. Oil changes shouldn’t keep me at any place for an hour or more. Usually in and out in 5 minutes. They’ve always been nice and respectful to me. They always check other minor things, without prompt, like window washing fluid level, brake fluid level etc. I would happily recommend them.

It was suggested they replace my engine air filter for $60. I went to “auto zone” purchased an air filter and replaced it myself for $21 ….i am so tired of the price gouging !

The oil change was fast and they warned me about a very serious problem with my car that my local repair shop was able to fix the next day. I might have let the repair go another couple weeks if they hadn't warned me, which might have been too late. I'm thankful for the fast and attentive service.

I was here today on a (Sunday) and I called them and asked if they can do it today on a very short notice after calling others around but got told no I had to wait a few days but Jiffy lube told me yes so I went there and they replaced my serpentine belt that was completely torn to shreds and destroyed so I can get to work tomorrow. I want to thank everyone that works here how thankful I am for them! I live about 25 minutes away from here! These guys know what they are doing and went above and beyond today!!!

I never leave reviews but I have to admit this is hands down THE BEST place for an Oil Change. All service centers I called couldn't squeeze me in on the same day. Then I called here and they had me in and out within an hour even though there was about 4 customers before me. Not only this, but Josh checked filters and showed me how congested my engine filter was which why I mentioned to him I wondered about why I was I was losing on MPGs. No oil change place ever check that. Now the car is so much more quiet, it's like a purring kitten. They even vacuumed my car on the inside! If you want professional quality service, this is the place to go!

My boss recommended I come here to have an issue looked at. I am so grateful he did!!! The manager, Josh, was very helpful, friendly and explained everything to me in terms I could understand ( or, as I said, he dumbed it down to toddler level for me!)!! I left having an estimate and an appointment (it was a Friday afternoon and a big project) to have my car fixed!! The work was done and all the staff was very informative and kept me in the loop the whole time and the estimate given was spot on. I would recommend 15 out of 10 to anyone asking!!! Fast oil change and great customer service! I came here for the first for an oil change after a cross country trip. I have been to JLs in the past so they already had my car info in their system so they already had my contact into and oil use history. I buckled and got a new air filter but I’d been told I needed a new one about a year ago anyway. One of the technicians (heavily tattooed with blue eyes) was actually very kind and chatty. We talked about his kid for a while and he was curious why a Texan found her way to a small-town NJ jiffy lube. I don’t mind a nice chat with a stranger! My only complaint is I didn’t realize they’d left my car running while I was inside talking (don’t do that to me in this oil price economy!)

My experience at this jiffy lube was completely unnecessary I went there for a oil change and asked for my brakes to be done once the vehicle was apart I was informed I needed a caliper which is understandable 3 days after the work was done my brakes started making a high pitched squeak and squealibrought the vehicle back and was told by Josh the manager that the brakes are making noise because they used the best parts .when I asked about the warranty I was told that he know what the warranty covered . I came back a couple days later to have it looked at and was told that they would look at it and fix it it wasn't fixed it continued to make noise upon looking at my receipt I saw that they charged me 30 dollars for a tire rotation that they never did i called corpate and the same day the owner Luis reached out to me and told me he couldn't do a refund for the brakes but could replace the brakes and rotars and that he would look into the tire rotation on the bill I had to call him back a couple times to get the refund on the tire rotation I have dealt with a whole bunch of running around back and forth with trying to get the work done that should have been done right the first time I wouldn't go to jiffy lube again it was a waste of time and a draining of my peace

Services were very quick. Staff were nice. I guess they don’t explain the services like they used to because years ago they would pull you aside and tell you what they did out needs to be done on your vehicle. Now it’s on the receipt.

I enjoy coming to this Jiffy Lube. They always have done a great job on my vehicles in the past and currently but last Thursday I think it didn’t make sense. So all I wanted was to get an oil change. Then Josh always has that look on his face like something is wrong. He told me that my radiator is starting to get damaged. And I told him that I can get that fix. But this is the part I’m not understanding what does that have to do with my oil change? Don’t you know that your oil is the life component to keep your car alive? So no oil change was done, got charged $28 to just top off the oil which didn’t do anything, charged it to the wrong account like come on. I went to my son in law and told my husband the same thing and they both said my oil has nothing to do with my radiator. Y’all gave my husband the same excuse. Told him that he couldn’t get his oil change because of his drain pan was severely damaged which it wasn’t. Y’all could have changed it. Y’all give people excuses after excuses and send them somewhere else to get them to spend unnecessary money when they don’t have to. Nobody has money to spend like that especially in the economy that we are living in. I enjoyed Jiffy the times I’ve been there but unfortunately I will have to take my services somewhere else. I appreciate it but I’m not going to allow anyone to try to run game when my services that I asked to be done.

Highly disappointed with this location. I have a car the former owner only got serviced at the Jiffy Lube next to her business or the Hyundai dealership. I got the car from her this summer. The oil had been changed right before I got the car so this was the first oil change since I got the car. We changed the points, plugs and air filters in August when I got the vehicle. I got new tires at the end of December. This Jiffy Lube shows me a dirty cabin air filter saying it needs to be changed. I don't believe it was the one from my car because mine is less than 6 months old. He says my tires need to be rotated. They have been on the car for 60 days! They said my wipers blades should be changed. Sigh! When you purchase wipers at Pep Boys or Advanced Auto the store employee will change them for free if you can't do it yourself. The attempt at up selling was badly done. I will not be returning to this location. I will go to the location the previous owner used. I know the owner of that location. Sadly, it's an hour away from my home but it will be worth the drive. I question if they put in the more expensive synthetic oil I requested and paid for or did they give me cheaper regular oil? I don't know but I feel my trust was violated. Spark plugs, points, wipers and air filters are all easy to do myself. I really don't want to start changing my own oil but it may be worth the piece of mind of this is the service I get.
