Highly recommend!!! I called this place last minute yesterday and the gentleman was super super sweet and very professional!! Was willing to work with my schedule and came to me less than three hours of me calling , picked up my vehicle gave me cash , the tow truck driver was very nice , made this process super easy !! Ricky’s Auto was prompt, professional, and courteous. I was told when scheduling my car pick up that it would be between 8am-4pm. They called me the morning of my pick up and were in front of my house within the hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Let me start off by saying if you don’t come here you got to be delusional. I was referred by another tow company and I was beyond satisfied. Diane was amazing She walked me threw the whole process. They was very accommodating and patient with me and my situation. I was shocked at the amount of money they gave me for my totaled vehicle. Great place to sell your car. As a person who doesn’t really like to sell things unless I get the actual price it’s worth I feel like the guys over at Ricky’s s auto deserve full credit for giving me the best price possible for my car. I mean as a bonus they have great customer service, they treat u like the friend you have known for years unlike other company’s that seem to never care. I recommend them to all.

Ricky's is amazing! We scheduled to have a car picked up for salvage. They gave a window of 7am to 1pm. I received a call at 7am and they were here, and towed away by 815am. Fast, quick and courteous. Definitely recommend!!

Huge thanks to Ricky’s for their help in getting rid of my unused car. Tow driver was pleasant and explained everything. The dispatcher Diana was the biggest help! Called to have them pick up our 2000 Corolla. After giving them the information they quoted us $390, so we accepted the offer. On the day of pick up the guy who showed up "Junior", he checked out the car and said that the catalytic converter was not the original, so he said he needed to send pictures to his boss. Then he proceeded to tell us that he could only give us $200 bc of the catalytic converter (supposedly) not being the original. At that point we just believed what he said bc I had other things to do and we accepted the $200 cash. The next week I received an email with my receipt stating that I received $390 for my car, so I called to discuss the matter. Whoever answered the phone said they would look into it and call me back in an hour. Long behold I never got a phone call back so I waited 2 more days and tried to resolve the problem. I was then told that they would send me a check for the remaining balance of $190. Here it is almost a week later and I still have not received my $190. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. It's a shame bc i have another car i will be getting rid of soon and you will not be getting my business. BTW.... Juniors side deals are going to cost you your business's reputation bc he wanted us to call him directly when I get rid of my Honda Accord. Until then my car can just sit there in front of my security cameras until I feel like selling it -Joan W * If I ever receive my $190, I will recant my statement

Called on a Thursday and they were able to pick my car up for scrap on Saturday morning when I was available too. Ricky’s auto was great with communicating through out the process, quick with picking the car up, and very easy with payment. No hassle and I got a 3 ton problem off my shoulders. One of the worst experiences that you can have. I had an old Saturn that I was selling. They gave me one price and when they showed up, they lied to my face stating that my catalytic converter was aftermarket and that they couldn’t pay me the original price. My car had never had any exhaust work. It was the original cat and there was another cat in the front of the car two cats. They told me that the original 500 was too much and that they would give me 300 I said absolutely not. And at that point, I had already had the title switched over into their name, so they knew that it was more of a possibility to scam me, what they didn’t know is I’m a mechanic I’m a girl, but I’m not stupid. I immediately told them that I was going to get a hold of the lawyer and I was gonna blast them on Yelp Google Facebook etc that’s when they showed up and gave me my other $200 telling me that I was right that it was original😂😂😂😂 these guys are frauds and they’re doing this all over the place go look at Yelp people. The only good reviews they have has nothing to do with their cash for cars ……..go elsewhere.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunately my car recently suffered a snapped tie rod, broken control arm and without a lift I couldn't tell what else. I managed to get the car out of the middle of the road and parked it, but it was in a permit zone and could be towed at any time. After 177,000 miles I figured it was time to just let the car go. With time running against me, I called Ricky's Auto to sell and have car towed away. It was late in the afternoon when I called and I worked on the phone with a wonderful coordinator named Diana. Within minutes she had everything worked out and scheduled pickup/purchase for the next morning. Unfortunately when the tow truck operator called in the morning my brother was not home and I had no way to get to where the car was. I called Diana and she was immediately able to reschedule pickup for an hour or so later. We arrived at the car just as the tow truck operator was pulling up. Literally 15 minutes later, the car was hooked up the his truck, I was paid cash and off we all went. Everything happened very smoothly with no stress or haggling. I highly recommend Ricky's Auto to anyone who has a car on its last legs or with no legs at all. They will give you a fair price that I found was one of the best for companies that are in this business. If you are fortunate you will get to work with Diana and experience the same flawless service that I had. Again, I highly recommend Ricky's Auto if your car is a "beater" or a "junker" and are in need of cash, want to get rid of your car fast or just want an eyesore removed. Diana will make the experience quick, painless and professional.

Sold my car to peddle I filled out all the information correctly, and they give me a price for my car. Then one of the drivers from Ricky‘s towing came to my house then try to offer me a cheaper price instead of paying me the exact price that peddle did don’t trust these guys never use them Ricky’s auto salvage in Ewing

Requested pickup with Peddle, who third partied Ricky's Auto. Schedule two weeks out for 8am to 12 pm on Saturday 6/22, with an offer of $500. When Ricky's didn't call by 1pm, I did, was told 1 more hour (2pm). Didn't hear from them by 4pm, so I left the house the car was stuck at. Finally got a call shortly after. Actual pickup time 4:25 pm, actual offer $300. Wasted my entire day, and the 2 weeks they schedule out for, only to get ripped off 200 extra dollars. I should have just donated it.

Great experience with Ricky's! I had a scheduled pick-up for Friday, but needed to change my pick up. I called on Tuesday and they were able to put me on the schedule for Thursday! Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Called me 20 mins before pick up. Drive was very nice, looked over the car and had me sign the transfer of ownership papers. When I realized I needed a receipt for the insurance, he made some extra calls and got me what I needed. Would definitely recommend to others!
