They where respectful and found the problem. They also let me know about other problems they found but since I didn't want it done they just put it on the dignostics list but didn't fix. which is good so when I can I can get those fixed and I kinda know what to get fixed later.

Worst service experience we have ever had. I will never go back to Jim Burk Ford. Elias was rude to me when I was questioning a repair he wanted to do on my car, then my wife went to pick up the vehicle and they tagged on a few hundred dollars to the bill when we where not even explained this charge in the beginning. Gilbert was super rude to my wife when picking up the car and getting questioned about the charge. No thank you from Gilbert to my wife after paying the bill. DO NOT Bring your vehicles here. The best part was of my experience was the mechanic that was super friendly, without Elias or Gilbert with us.

I called a Ford dealership in a different location first. Very disorganized and didn't return my call. THEN I called Jim Burke Ford. Total different experience. My call was fielded immediately with an appointment set up for a mobile service to come to my home! Right on the dot, a very professional, friendly, courteous man appeared and did a full inspection along with the required recall update. I was so impressed I will definitely use Jim Burke Ford in the future for any maintenance on my Explorer. The mobile service that comes to your door is AWESOME! THANK YOU!!

My experience at your dealership was a 50-50 split. Had almost 0 customer service. Service call started with a call to your dealership to get a quote for repair. Which took one week. In this week, I had to initiate calls to the dealership multi times. Dropped off vehicle to the dealership, called ahead of time but no response. Got a timeline when truck would be completed but when called to reach out to see if it was completed, no response left multi. As far as the mechanical ability of the technician, excellent work. Work was checked against my technicians in the shop. Kudos to whoever worked on the service truck.

Ford issued a safety recall notice to update the software for the instrument panel cluster display. It took longer than expected. I appreciate the technician coming to the waiting room and updating me on the repairs. I discovered that he is going to retire next year after 48 years there. I am sure they are going to miss him.

My car needed a major brake repair done all four rotors plus brake pads, they also did a quick fix on my air-conditioning that was blowing hot air and replaced a part that it needed to be able to toggle between cold and warm air, and they took care of my tires because 19 lug nuts were worn out completely and they worked it in so that They fixed it and if I needed to change my tires, the lug nuts would work so I really appreciate that they did such a great job and took such good care of my car. Although the brakes were expensive, the rotors were rubbing metal to metal and it doesn’t matter where you go when that happens it’s gonna be expensive anywhere you go so I’m really very pleased with the service. They had my car done in Two days because they had to order all the parts and I will definitely be returning for the next item on my list for my car’s maintenance.

My car had several recalls that I was unaware of. They repaired everything except the backup camera, didn't have the parts and unsure when they would be available. So no back up camera. The other repairs appear to be good. I had to replace my tail pipe and muffler? Appears to be running better

The delivery people were amazing to me. But for my service advisor Nuncio, it was a different story. He barely kept me updated forcing me to call and text multiple times to get a response from him. The only reason I give it a 4 stars is because of the delivery people. They helped me so much by picking up and dropping off my car and were able to get me the awnsers I needed. In short, Nuncio was terrible but eveyone else was amazing.

My car had a leak in the compartment for the Air Conditioner. Needed to be replaced with a special tool and needed to be fixed by a specialist. Waited 3 weeks while my service advisor Nuncio continuously told me it would be ready by the end of each week. $3k bill at the end with the single repair and a smog check. The car is worth $4,500. Update: 1 week later the A/C is out again and I have to take it back to be fixed!

Took the vehicle in for the surface protectant treatment. Couple of things Ford service needs to communicate with the customer more effectively in regard to what is provided as far as rental or some kind of transportation options. Second customer service is just that serving the customer. Everyone has a job to due, if you are is service you are there to be of service to the customer. Treat others as you want to be treated when you bring your car in for service! Not just another number to check off and leave after your 8 hours is done.

Service department did an awesome job. 35,000 mile service and tire rotation. They used a torque wrench on lug nuts and had me come back after 100 miles to recheck. They didn't jam them on with an impact gun that makes it damn near impossible when you are off road and need to change a tire. I highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future. Shout out to Ida, Ashley and the service manager.

I took my vehicle to Ford cause it would intermittently not start. They held on to it for 2 weeks trying to get it to do what I said it did and it never did it to them not once. I think it was great of them willing to try for 2 weeks. And the whole time Jose would keep me updated. Ultimately the vehicle didn't do what I said it did and I picked it up. I also found it great that they didn't charge me for their time looking at it cause I know they have had to spend some time on it with a scanner and trying to diagnose it even though it was running. Thank all of you for your time and excellent service.
