Marisol Lopez was super nice and was able to get my paperwork done and out of there as soon after drop off. Made an appointment at 9:45am, and arrived around 9:50am (due to going to the other Jim Falk location, doesn’t have service center there). Took 40 minutes to do the paperwork (including for loaner vehicle), so be prepared if you have to be somewhere right after. Overall, would come back but needs to work on streamlining the whole paperwork process. Been to other dealerships before, and paperwork took 15 minutes max.

I recently purchased a lexus Rx at another dealership and the carfax didn't match the actual service records. The dealership sorted through it with me and looked at the vehicle and told me what was done, what was needed, and what I could wait on with a video. I was very pleased

Recently acquired an RX 350, and it had an open recall when I purchased it. Took it in to have the recall taken care of and was assisted by Mario. Fantastic service, good communication, and they were able to provide me with a loaner car. Definitely top level Lexus service!

I had the opportunity to work with Josh Kim and he was patient with me while there was a misunderstanding when purchasing my certified pro own vehicle. His care is the reason for the review.

Today I brought my Lexus RX 350 for an oil change. The service advisor Ms. Allyson Cooper was very knowledgeable and provided a very good customer service. During the wait time she updated me on the status of the process, and after it was done she gave me a technical report. It described the condition of brakes and tires and has technical recommendations. Also, Ms. Allyson explained to me the service that I can get using the flyer I got by mail from BH Lexus. So, I felt like a VIP because of Ms. Allyson. At the end they washed my car real good. Thank you Ms. Allyson! I am going to come again.

This place does not prioritize customer service. It’s just a sales mill to upsell a bunch of unnecessary and overpriced maintenance tasks. They’re stingy with their loaners. They make you wait a lot even when you have an appointment. They don’t communicate in advance how long a service will take. Just a very amateur operation for a place that routinely tries to slap a several thousand dollar invoice on people who aren’t suspecting it. Update: my “oil maintenance required soon” light just came on. 1 day after I got my oil changed at Jim Falk Lexus. This is funny because when I got my car the light was still on and I had to find someone to reset it, which they did. So….

Lexus of Beverly Hills delivered outstanding customer service. I received the best deal compared to other Lexus dealerships and top value for my lease return. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. Shoutout to Shehzhad!

I see the other comments made by others and that is very unfortunate for them. I do wish them all my best regards. But personally, I’d like to say that my experience working with Ally, Javier, and the one guy in the Service department was outstanding! My issue is rather simple. I just needed a spare wheel lock for the lug nuts on my tire. My Lexus is rather old about 19 years so I figured it’d be a little harder to find the piece. Though Ally was so very patient with me and thoughtful and thorough responded back to me immediately and got me in and out of there rather swiftly as well. I suggest for anyone coming in there you talk to her first as she is a very good people person benevolent as all outdoors she must be very valuable to the team. They should pay her her weight in gold. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This dealership is dishonest, their employees are rude and incompetent. I brought my car in after an accident due to performance issues, they recommended $1000 in services before even inspecting the vehicle. They lied and said my car needed front break pads when it doesn’t. They don’t even check the rental cars gas tanks prior to giving to customers. They returned my vehicle at 38 PSI to inflate the MPG results on their test drives, which was the only reason the car was at the dealership. Also, they don’t even use Lexus OEM parts for repairs, check the pictures of the black front break pads they installed on my last vehicle, the green ones are the LEXUS OEM front break pads, confirmed by Keyes Lexus of van nuys and Lexus authentic parts website. Also, where is my multi inspection report and next time I would suggest washing a vehicle before returning to a customer 😂😂

UPDATE: Santa Monica Lexus and Lexus HQ worked with me. I pushed them a lot to look at the issues with my car but they were willing to listen. Now the charging issue looks fixed. It took a while. Three times in the shop and two months. But it was done. Avoid this dealership. The poor reviews here are well deserved. I didn’t heed their advice. I have come here off and on for two years. For basic services the seem on top of it. They are a bit fake nice but I figure it’s BH. They are very on top of the calendar to make sure you come in for service. And after your first service they change the home dealership of your car to BH. The horror and what I would never expect from Lexus was when I ran into problems with my car. Mind you it’s a problem that’s a bit complex requires troubleshooting and I’m covered under warranty. I have a plug in hybrid. The battery doesn’t charge fully. It thinks it does but it doesn’t. I take it in they say they figure it out. Needs part replacement and they tell me it’s all good. No it’s not. The car I bought had an upgrade for 6.6 charging and when I got it back it would not complete charging but only charged at half the speed. Shout out to service advisor Angel and service manager Joe who told me I didn’t understand how charging an EV works and told me they fixed it and I should get lost. They ghosted me and told me they did what they did and I’d have to take it up with Lexus HQ. lol. Thanks guys! I have then proceeded to go to Lexus HQ which apologized for what I experienced at BH. I went to another dealer and that one has been helping figure things out. It’s not all figured out yet but I need to drop this review here and share my experience. I was shocked but I know my rights as a consumer. Thankfully I escalated things and advocated for the problem with my car and got HQ and another dealer to help me figure it out. If I listened to BH, I would believe my car was all good and I just didn’t understand EV technology. Yes we should all get lost and avoid this service center.

This is the Worst Lexus Service center EVER! They said they repaired my car and within an hour it was making the same noise. I took it back and they said they couldn't hear it so they gave it back to me. They never washed my car before giving it back. Their loaner cars are disgustingly dirty!!! The wait time to drop off a car and get a loaner is ridiculous! I spent over an hour waiting for a loaner car to be cleaned because the one they tried to give me was repulsive. I will never go back here. In fact, I will reconsider buying another Lexus if this is the service!!

Allyson Cooper has completely restored my faith in Jim Faulk Lexus Service Center. She is a consummate professional who consistently goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at any service center. Her attention to detail, communication, and genuine care for customers set a new standard. I will continue to bring my car to Allyson for as long as I drive a Lexus. Allyson’s extraordinary service will absolutely factor into my decision when choosing my next vehicle.

I brought my car to Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills Service Center (9001 West Olympic Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211) to repair a tire that was under warranty. I had previously purchased four new tires at this location, so I expected a straightforward repair. Angel was my service advisor. Angel Vasquez called to say my car was ready, but only when I arrived did he inform me that the original tire had been replaced with a different one – which did not match the other 3 tires. In addition, I then learned it was a cheaper, non-name-brand tire. I was never contacted for approval before this substitution, which felt deceptive and inconsistent with Lexus’ usual practice of notifying customers before replacing parts. Having already waited 2½ days for the repair, I chose to pay and leave. After getting home, I noticed scuff marks on the “new” tire—it did not appear new. I immediately contacted Angel and sent photos as requested, but he did not respond despite multiple calls and texts. My husband and I had to return in person. Angel admitted the work was not professional and said he would speak with the manager. I requested some form of compensation. After more than two weeks with no follow-up, I attempted to contact Angel again. He did not respond until I finally called from a different phone. He answered and promised to call back, but never did. After over six weeks, I returned in person once more. When I brought to his attention that I should have been called if the original tire had to be replaced with a cheaper tire, he admitted that it was negligence on his behalf. When I informed him that he had lied twice about calling me back – and that after over six weeks he had no intention of calling me back and was hoping that I would simply give up trying to get the matter resolved, he apologized. As a senior citizen, I felt taken advantage of—first by replacing my tire with a cheaper one without consent, and then by avoiding communication in hopes I would give up. I was extremely disappointed by Angel’s lack of integrity and the service center’s failure to resolve this matter responsibly.

I called Lexus of BH service to get a quote on installing a tow hitch on my car. The person answering the phone said they would transfer me to an available service representative. They did not answer, their mailbox was full, and the system hung up on me. I repeated this process two more times with the same results. On my fourth call I asked the person answering the phone if they could have someone call me back and if I wasn’t able to answer to leave the quote in a voicemail. Three days later and I still didn’t hear anything from them. I called back and let the person answering the phone know that their service was disappointing and if she could make sure that someone took my call. After laughing she got someone online. The rep told me the quote, but unfortunately the phone service cut out. After he wasn’t able to hear (he said hello twice quickly and didn’t wait a reasonable amount of time for me to respond) he quickly hung up on me. It was unfortunate for them as I was about to schedule the installation. After this terrible service, I called Lexus of Glendale. The person that answered the phone got me all of my quotes without having to transfer me and was very pleasant. It was nice not feeling like I was a nuisance, like at Beverly Hills Lexus. I immediately scheduled the installation and had great service at Lexus of Glendale. It is worth it to drive the extra distance to get good service. Don’t go to Beverly Hills Lexus as they will just hang up on you and then laugh at you when you let them know how they have treated you!

Big thanks to Eddy and the team at service department for helping me to resolve my issue. Solid 5-star review. I genuinely thought this might be my last experience owning a Lexus. However, after my visit to Beverly Hills Lexus, I can confidently say that I have completely changed my opinion about the level of customer service at Lexus dealerships.

So I’ve been a devout Lexus driver, leasing for many years now because Leasing is stress-free, I never have car problems, and I always have a new car. Because the next version of my 450h RX is a 4 cylinder (which they tried to tell me is just as good, but I guarantee you it is not - my friend leased the next version and regrets it so she recommended I buy out my lease, which I did!) so now I am on track to own my car, which I don’t mind being my forever car because it is dreamy as hell! THAT being said, I’ve been sort Of getting the shaft on expensive service charges from Lexus that really are not necessary and notably egregious. Today my experience was quite the opposite. I had the pleasure of working with Alex Who totally understood my situation- i’m a self-employed single mom so I have to watch every penny, so why drive a Lexus?? BECAUSE I LOVE driving it! As one of the safest cars on the road, I can see we’ll out of it. The visibility is undeniably unbeatable for my aging peepers. The ingress and egress is so easy on my 60-year-old body so I don’t want to give it up! Honestly It’s still cheaper than driving around in an Uber. Everything about it is truly wonderful! I should really be selling them, but I’m too busy healing people. I just couldn’t end the day without sending mad props to Alex for making my experience so pleasant and affordable. Thanks again, Alex. You literally made my day 🤗🥰🙏✨

Brand new ES and the door creaks and Josh the service manager does nothing about it. A 2025 ES shouldn't be making these extremely loud audible clicks everytime a door opens. You can see the sheet metal flexing when the door opens and closes on the passenger side also. What worse is that other Lexus models like the Rx or the IS don't make this noise when opening and closing the door. It just feels extremely cheap and not representative of Lexus brand quality.
