This is what $9,000 gets you at BH Auto Body Group. After taking my 6 month old 2017 Mercedes here for a literal fender bender fresh off the car lot, BH Auto Body Group insisted on fixing a lot of things on my car that were no issue at all including replacing the hood of my car and removing the engine etc. I refused to allow this fearing their intention was to drive up the costs as they knew my insurance would cover it. A few days later the agent there, Richard, called me and told me they found a dent inside the structure behind the fender and finally there it was they had excuse to charge more than the initial quote they have me 3,000$. I should have picked my car up then but I went ahead and let them work on it. A few weeks later I got my car back and they sent my insurance and list of 100% aesthetic repairs of which I was never informed would be made and never signed off on then billed my insurance $9,000 for it all. After that I had issues with my car, although it was less than a year old, the car battery died on me all the time, the sensors and emergency brakes never worked properly again, the mechanics were all screwed up (the radio, clock, doors, and lights went crazy on me from time to time), also the replacement fender needed painting so you’d think they’d do that before applying it right? Wrong, they went over my entire car with the wrong color white and the paint job was so sloppy and lazy they left paint stains, finger prints, and paint splatters all over the interior and exterior of my car including the cameras, car seats, windows, and roof of the inside of car. My car lost it’s value the minute I left it with BH Auto Body Group. These people should not be allowed to even practice car repair, let alone in the luxury industry. Please avoid this place at all costs!

Poor services. Do NOT bring your car here. I changed my driver seat door and I found the paint is not done right after pick up the car. And few days after, Screw on the door closure is not tightened at all. And today my door lock system on the driver side is not working at all. My car is open to everybody. DO NOT Bring your car

I was told to go to this shop after my car was hit by a friend. It was a progressive preferred shop so they could certify the repair. Long story short, I was told the repair would cost beyond what the insured had for their limit (5K). This was surprising to me, as I got an earlier quote for $1,000 TOTAL. I was told the suspension was damaged. After two weeks of waiting on the insurance companies, I pulled the car and was charged $1,800 for holding fees and the rental they gave me. I drove right over to a suspension specialist where I was told everything was perfectly fine. BHABG told me it could take 3-4 weeks with my car. The place I am getting it fixed says it will take 4 DAYS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My insurance company also told me they have this shop has flagged and to keep away. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else!

Avoid!!!!!!! Here is my experience so far. I took my car there. He said he could not give a formal estimate until my appraiser came. He looked over the damage (hit flying debris on the freeway) which was surface damage to bumper and left quarter panel. He said "it's going to be around $2,600". A friend at another shop that was not "Audi certified" gave me a similar quote (via pics by phone) and I went ahead with bhautobody (Beverly Hills Auto Body). So, I just got a call and he said he "made a mistake" and they need to blend in the doors and the hood to match paints. How do you make a mistake like that when blending adjacent parts is standard practice - especially for new high end cars? So now the cost is around $4,000 vs the $2,600 quote. I asked the fellow how long he had been doing this: 14 years. So, here we have the reason why body shops have the worst reputation of almost any industry: say what you need to in order to get the car in the shop as it is too much of a hassle to go pick the car up and go somewhere else. Will wait and see on quality of work but what a typical, scummy example of body shop operations. Never added the ending: total cost was over $6,000!!!! Rip off!!!!!!

Somebody with a trailer hitch mount backed up into my Audi A3 and managed to cause damage to the grill and the bumper. I knew that Beverly Hills Auto Body was Audi Certified, I called them and spoke with Jason Gruft. He was very professional, assured me they'd make my car look like new again, and I that I wouldn't have any issues when lease was up. I let him know that I'd also be needing a car rental. Jason let me know that there is a car-rental service on premises and they would set me up with a car when I was dropping mine off. It was around the holidays and it would take about 2 weeks for the work to be completed. Jason called me once the car was done and to come pick it up. When I showed up the car was sitting in the driveway, waxed and polished looking like new. Dropping off the rental was a breeze and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign, so I was on my way in no time. Thank you Jason and everyone at the shop for the great experience!!!

This place was once one of two original Fatburger locations. You can still see some of the original architecture as it appeared in the 70s. The rounded shape that faces where La Cienega and San Vicente intersect. It is now a luxury Autobody Shop. The other first original location, is now intertwined with some Luxury style residencies on Western ave. This Beverly Hills location was very popular among celebrities and tourists alike. At some point this part of town was also known as "Restaurant's Row."

These guys are the best. Never a single problem, and the work is top notch. If you want your car to be restored to its original state, you can't beat them. I've never had a single problem with the workmanship or had any issues. They're perfectionists, and super conveniently located. They even have rental cars available on site, which was a very welcome convenience.
