I left a car there to get repaired after a small accident and I have not got it back. It’s been there for about a month and a half. I was told it would be done like 3 times with in that time (was false all 3 times). I always had to call for updates and was told I would get a call back from them and almost never would. Do not give your customers false information!

I brought my car here to do a little welding job; It was just two bolts under the car got bended when I ran over something on the road. When I first came there, it was late, and there was no one who could weld, so a technician took a look at my car and told me to come back another day. Also, he said it would cost no more than $30; he was a really nice guy. A few days later, I came back and met the owner, Jimmy, who wasn't helpful but blew a small issue out of proportion. Jimmy said it would take a few hours to get it done, and he requested me to come back the next day. I went back the next day, and Jimmy took another look at my car and discussed it with his partner. Finally, he said that he couldn't fix it because he was afraid that the car would get burned under the high temperature of welding. What a joke. On my way home, I stopped by S&S auto body shop on Ming, and these guys fixed it for $40 within 40 minutes. Therefore, don't waste your time at Jimmy auto body shop! Take it some places else like the S&S body shop, for example.

First time ever needing to go to a body shop. Jimmy's employees did a great job on fixing my car. I told jimmy we needed the car asap and he got it done in just a couple days. I was involved in a minor accident and my car insurance gave me options to chose where to take my car for repairs. I chose Jimmy’s Body Shop because all I saw were good reviews and I AM SO GLAD I CHOSE THEM! My car looked even better with the new parts and paint job! Was so pleased with the results! Jimmy and his staff were very friendly and kept me up to date with my car and also keeping Enterprise up to date that my car was still at the shop. Worst shop I have ever dealt with. The only reason my car was brought here was because my insurance (Geico) is partnered with them and they indicated that was the only location that could take my vehicle since it wasn’t drivable. It took months for them to even start working on my car. Once all the body work was done they indicated my engine was bad so they replaced it. When the accident took place my car (a 2019) only had 35,000 miles on it. After six months at the body shop, I got it back but almost immediately the car began having mechanical issues and continued every couple weeks thereafter. I had to personally get it inspected/diagnosed because they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix the issues the car had acquired after the accident. Initially when I first got the car I could tell something was off with the alignment (mind you this is coming from someone who has minimal knowledge when it pertains to the mechanics of a vehicle). My brother took it for a drive and was able to determine it needed an alignment and the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. He concluded all this solely from a test drive. It’s almost been a year since the accident and the car continues to have mechanical issues. They will find any excuse to justify the time it’s taking to complete the repairs. I would call every couple weeks for updates because they failed to do so. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a reputable shop that is competent and prompt. I would’ve given them a negative rating if it had an option for it.

Had to bring my car here on two occasions. One was minor fender bender and the second was for a leftover issue from the collision. I will say they did a great job, my car looks as if the collision never happened. They also work directly with the insurance company so no complaints there. The staff was nice but they could be more organized. I would have to call multiple times to get the status on my car. When Jimmy wasn’t available, they would tell me he would give me a call back but it rarely happened. My car took about a month to be fixed the first time and a month the second time. It was a bit frustrating since they would push back the completion date multiple times. Luckily, I had a backup vehicle that I would use during those months. Takeaway: They do a good job but be prepared to wait a while for it to be done.

Jimmy was great to talk to, and clearly understood my issue. However after 4 weeks of calling back, being told 3 times he would call me back by end of day, and even reffering me to someone else who didn't answer 3 calls and 3 voicemail, I had to move into another shop. Absolute waste of time and thankful I never took my car in for the formal in person inspection.

We had a great experience after our accident. This is a family business with father and son working hand in hand AND a generation of experience handed down before that. This expertise is reflected in the quality of their work. Even with performing repairs that to me look as good or better than new (no joke!), they still got our car back to us quickly (a week or more sooner than we anticipated). They were easy to work with and kept us up to date and advised of all the steps. The car had to go to the dealer for a special AC gas replacement, but they handled all of that and even kept the dealer moving faster than is typical. Thanks for everything Jimmy and the crew!
