I’ve been to JJ’s Automotive & Tire Service LLC twice within the past couple of months and both experiences have been excellent. The first visit was for my A/C, and most recently they replaced my radiator after finding that my transmission fluid lines were leaking. Joe was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and professionally. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but JJ’s has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them.

I had a new battery put in, and it got drained before I got to the J chain, to drop off the car and I got a tow truck, they came and they sent me a lift driver to get me to my hotel to stay overnight, and they're picking me up in the morning, and Samantha is an incredibly awesome person taking care of their customer service and she does a 100% 5 star job. My car was done by 11 o'clock the next day.And I'll be on my way with the fully functioning new general alternator. And they also found driver that would take me and my dog.

I brought my truck in with front end suspension problems. When I explained the symptoms to Joe, I got a good feeling that they actually care about your vehicle and actually listen to your concerns. They performed the service promptly but very thorough. Communication during the service was excellent. When I picked up my truck, I left feeling confident that they genuinely care about your vehicle and you. The quality of work and service was excellent and rare to find these days. I will recommend JJ’s to anyone.
