I will never go back to this place ever again I brought my car here to get my transmission rebuilt And he never fixed it and he kept my car for months and when the warranty expired he told me he couldn’t do nothing about it

I took my vehicle to this location, the managers and staff did not provide proper service, they lied about replacing car parts, I wouldn’t recommend anybody to this business. I went there with transmission issues, they have no knowledge about transmissions, shop isn’t well maintained. Garbage all over

His a very bad guy is a cheater he gave me a price to replace a new transmission for $1,700 then I caught him he actually rebuild my old one & put it back on I’ll never deal or do business with this guy anymore.

I got my Honda MDX trans rebuilt ask the guy to replace all the engine mount took him 3 weeks to do the job the owner wife called me to pick up my car they never reported the mount took it back and had to wait another 2 weeks to get it done the lie to customers and take the money

I would not recommend this place. My girl friend broke down in front of this place. They claim they could fix the transmission. They gave a date for completion when called to get the car they didn’t even start. Please stand clear of this shop.

this men flaco needs to be investigated he had my car for 4 month just to rebuild a transmission charge me 1300 dollars and came to find out he purchase used transmission from the junkyard he always lies do not do business here please

Horrible horrible place to do business.. very money hungry.. told me my car would take 2 days to fix.. it has been 6 days so far... the mechanics are big liars will send you on a wild chase instead of telling you what the problem is... if you want your car fixed properly in a timely fashion I would not recommend this place!!!

Horrible place, stole my money, gotten my license plates stolen, “lost” parts to my car, got it towed, got tickets on in my name and still has my car it’s been over 6 months. I’ve called the police but they couldn’t help. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Bought a rebuilt transmission for this JJ had it install at my shop cause we don't do transmission . After install it had no Reverse call JJ and told me and towed vehicle in cost me $500 for Towing and thy kept my vehicle for 1 month. Keep telling me no help, everyone is sick so i decide to visit them and it was all lies . My vehicle was up on a lift with transmission still un-touch . Then thy told me it will be ready in a week . Went back and pick it up 1 week later and it was a junk yard transmission install in my vehicle. after driving 100 miles transmission won't go over 30 MPH . Now the said to have it towed to them. I've file a complain with NJ DMV and suing this place.

This guy, big liar, your car, and every day say tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow and he doesn’t answer the phone. The best thing when you give him your car after a few days back to him and call the police and make your report, but don’t waste your time the best thing don’t came here.

His a thief & rood his a big liar never kept his words unprofessional person i took my car to replace transmission he said give me 3 days will be done passed 3 months nothing was done i call him every single day 98% doesn’t answer when he answers he’ll tell me give me 3 more days again no response i traveled from Philadelphia several times same stories over & over telling me give me couple more days same same passed 3 months nothing was done I’ll never ever ever use this un honest person. Do not waste your time or money here ! My father brought his truck for a new transmission and it was the most unprofessional and dishonest service. The 2 year guarantee didn’t last a day. Truck was brought back to be “fixed” and not only was it kept longer but it came out with another problem. When it was brought to their attention they were rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering to take a look at what it was, they claimed it was already like that to begin with. Lesson was learned here, take your service elsewhere !

This place must be investigated. There is no real mechanic. They just get your vehicle and money and then try to fix it or find another person to fix it.They areNOT using anything new. Used oil and junk parts only(not even used or refurbished). I have been trying to deal with them for over 4 months. I met another NOT HAPPY customer every single time in that. The owner is the biggest LIAR I have seen in my life. This place must be investigated by the business department, and the department of LABOR(I am sure most people work for cash over there) they don't want to deal with checks or credit cards because they want to hide their income from IRS. I will be happy to be a witness for anyone who opens a claim for this place. I'll take legal action soon also. Junior One Touch repair and JJ transmission are the same business I believe

This is the worst transmission shop you can ever choose. They have had my truck for more than 3 months for transmission rebuild. I call everyday and visit at least twice a week and every time I call or visit they claim they'll get it done the next day. It has been 3 months. On top of that they park the car industry the car has been broken into and vandalized. The back window has been broken. This is the worst transmission shop. Buyer beware.
