First off super nice guy. Very knowledgeable very helpful and generous I couldn't think of anybody I would rather do business with. And if that's not enough to sell you he really knows his stuff. On my way to work last Friday morning i noticed my Camry was running rough and almost sputtering randomly. A co-worker reccomended JLK Mobile Auto Repair. Josh and Joe came out to my work in Buford and told me based off the symptoms i explained, the problem could be a random misfire. After using their computer to scan and test my car they were able to confirm it was and even the exact cylinder. I went back into work and let them do what they needed & within an hour or 2 they gave me a call to tell me my Camry was ready for a test drive! I honestly couldn't believe it. All it needed was some new spark plugs! They explained all they did and recommended some additional minor repairs with a very reasonable quote. This was my first experience with a mobile mechanic & I couldn't believe all they were able to do and did for me. HIGHLY recommend these guys 100% to anybody in need of mechanic work, on the go or even while at work/home. *NOTE* It was such a relief to leave work with a peace of mind that i didnt have the hassle of having to find & take my car to some shop and not knowing the problem or when it could be done. Joe and team did an outstanding job on the repair. They replaced the thermostat in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, and I’ve had no more issues. They gave me the option of purchasing the price myself or having them provide. The labor price was great. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. It’s nice to find a reasonable, honest, dependable mechanic. I will use them again for any auto mechanical needs.

Terrible place, I would give a 0 star review if I could!!! I hired the owner to do a pre-purchase inspection at a vehicle auction. I had one allotted time slot from 11:30-11:50. The owner decided to call minutes prior to our appointment trying to extort additional money from me at double the price prior to even showing up because the auction company needs to see a valid ID. The owner wanted to be paid double his original price just to leave his house and wanted the full payment up front. Knowing this guy was trying to scam me I offered to pay his new double price with half up front and the other half once the job has been completed. He was unwilling to do this, major red flag!!! The owner went into this long rant about hating the government and he shouldn't have to show anything. Anyone that operates a '"business" and will not verify their license RUN FAR AWAY!!! We talked 3 days prior and 1 day prior, none of this was mentioned. Knowing this now, I would have hired anyone else over this guy. I would never recommend doing business with this con-artist. He will leave you high and dry, I can only imagine the sketchy things he does working on vehicles.

What can I say!!!!! Joe is the absolute best!!!! My car was overheating and Joe took the time to figure out what was wrong and had me back on the road within a day even though he wasn't feeling well and I appreciate him tremendously! Thank you Joe!!!!! Wonderful personality too and prices are fair. I highly recommend JLK!!!!!!!!
