The shop is only really capable of small repairs do not allow the shop to do major repairs or any major Engine repairs or transmission repairs make sure your warranties are sold to you correctly. Disingenuous owner I tried to get me to go away by making threats. Do not pay cash do not pay in cash the owner will not use the funds correctly

I had some car issues that needed some attention. The guys here at JMW are common decent people that do a superb job on your vehicles. They keep you updated on any other issues without being pushy, but recommend for the owners safety. I highly recommend them for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Took my 2002 red Chrysler Sebring LXi in to get the front struts taken care of. The day I went in to set the appointment, I knew I was in the right place. They quoted me a fair price, in fact, it was lower than other places I checked. I was impressed with their customer service right away. The next day when I came in to pick up the car, I was greeted with the same friendliness and courtesy I experienced the day before. They didn't try to pull the "oh by the way, we did this work too so here's that extra bill" that can be a fear people have. I WAS told that l'd need to get something fixed at a later date, but it was something to keep in mind. Honestly, all I look for with mechanics is knowledgeability, competency, quality of parts, and condition of the shop. You won't get the bottom barrel parts here that you'd get at some of the other big chain auto care centers (those places maximize profits by using the barely qualifying parts to fix the problem). JMW wants you as a repeat customer, and anyone getting work done wants the repair to last. I'll be going back to them and I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs work.
