I don’t know if it happened in the shop or sitting outside for the night but my old historical car hood was damaged in just one night also my hood latch mysteriously was damaged.

Literally had me come in in morning to get an alignment done and tells me I don't need it done but continue to do work and was waiting a total of 6hrs for this simple job that was NOT needed and price was ridiculously high.....save your time and money people money n time will be waisted

What kind of auto repair shop can't fix a leaking tire? Tread puncture, basic repair. Either inept or unqualified, either way, avoid at all costs.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have used this company many times in the past with no issue. Unprofessional, no communication, and a 1000 bill with unauthorized repairs, I will never use them again!!

Came to have my sons air conditioning fixed and it took a month to go get him to start on it and mike the mechanic has the worst management i have ever seen. My son had to buy the part and he still charged him the full price as it would have been if they bought it for him.

I was here and waited in the lobby without even being seen for almost 10 minutes. So i called while I was inside the lobby and I said hi, I'm in your lobby and I'm trying to get my car looked at. I've been waiting in your lobby.... He then said very rude "uh, ok"? That'll be me... as If he didn't care....then hung up on me. And was even rude while I explained about the problem with my vehicle. If I'm a paying customer your customer service should be good and the customer service was very bad. Very disappointed..

I let him know that I had took my car to Muffler Brothers and got a diagnostic check so I already knew what was wrong with my car. I thought I had a bad transmission I asked him if he did that type of work he said he did and that he will look at my car and gave me a estimate. When I called back t9 check on my car the estimate had went up and he stated that he still hadn't even looked at my car. Seeing how my car was on his property for a few months and he hadn't looked at it and the price went up I had my car removed from his property. When the tow truck dropped it off I checked my car to find that my vehicle was now missing pieces and had a large block of wood over my engine. Needless to say I wouldn't do business here again

Want to be ripped off royally? Then this is the place for you. The manager was not upfront about the cost. Update: The car that got serviced had oil leaking. Apparently the mechanic who did the oil change didn't even bother tightening the drain plug.

I had an accident and they did an awesome job of repairing the damage. The put in a new radiator and a a drive pull for the power steering. It runs and drives better than ever. I would highly recommend them to fix anyone's car as Mike is the MacGyver of automobiles.

Figure I'd write up a review about this auto repair shop since I live in the neighborhood. I've been going there for about 3 years now and everytime they do a great job. The prices are comparable to Hendricks which might be a little bit more than some places. (I'd rather pay a little more knowing I'm getting a quality repair job than take it to somewhere like Midas) So there it is. Labosky's is a legit oldscool shop that won't try to scam you! Cheers.
