They did a really good job i had hit a deer on my way to work messed up my headlight bumper hood and my driver door. They were able to fix all of it made it look like it never happened. I don't remember the ladies name that kept on touch with me but she was great any questions I had to was able to answer and she kept me up to date on what was going on with the repairs

I took my car there because I know Pastor Javier and he works there 😄 I was also working along with Mr.Jake and even though my car kept taking a little longer than expected I don’t regret the wait nor my decision of taking it there! I highly recommend these people. They kept me informed through the whole process and updated me continually and even had my car finished before the promised time frame, and it was cleaner than when i left it. And i was able to leave the rental when i picked it up and they contacted enterprise to pick it up, which made that really convenient for me. Great job, great staff, very helpful, very impressed! This was my second time using Joe Hudson. When my son was involved in an accident a few years ago, my insurance would not let me use the local body shop I had used in the past. Joe Hudson was on the list of approved places so I took a chance on them and it was the best decision I could have made. The work they did on my son’s car was top notch and the customer service was equally impressive so when I needed work done this time, there was no question who I would trust with my car. Philip kept me updated every step of the way. He dealt with the insurance company directly which was a huge help. Hopefully, I will not be involved in any more accidents but if I am, they have my business.

Nice clean office and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great communication process on repair updates. However quality control needs to be improved immensely. My vehicle had to be returned for 4 repair issues as well as 2 cleaning issues. More time spent now going back and waiting.

Their prices are very reasonable as well as their customer service and knowledge of repair procedures. You will be informed each step of the way during the repair process and notified of any unforeseen issues that may arise along the way. They will also give you a completion date and from my experience your vehicle will be repaired and returned to you as promised on that date! Very impressive!
